God knew what man would decide and declared it to happen.
Requires God to wait upon man.
Requires God to learn what man will do.
It’s farthest end is open theism.

Reformed View (emphasis on God)
God decided by His sovereign choice and declared it to be so.
Requires man to rest in God’s decision.
Puts man at God’s direction.
It’s farthest end can be hyper-calvinism (non-evangelism)
