I'm okay with routine like sometimes like I know today it's my back day if I can't tomorrow's back day. I'm okay with routine because sometimes work in a routine is how you get results in the end. But I'm not okay you being with God is just the routine. Like I'm okay with routine as if I'm going for a goal, but I'm not okay with routine if that's my life and without relationship without connection. But that's no good. You know what? I mean, people can say hey, I love you and you really they really don't mean it. There's no connection there and you're just like that was weird.

Sometimes there is a connection like a lot of the guys I train at the gym and I mean if you met a way that you can testify to it to all the guys when they want when they're walking out and they turn around look at me and I love you.

Next time I do that I know I mean it even though they don't know I do but guess what happens later when I find them smiling I said, hey buddy, I Know Tab. I love you, too.

Because it's the seed being sown and it's my heart to let people know that you're loved and love very well by God and also by his people. During a dive into what worship is and what is it look like and see where we're at where we ended at was. What is the difference between worship and praise?

A lot of times in our service. We kind of categorized these all together. We put it all together into one category worship praise praise and worship without understanding. So before we go on what in the world is worship and what in the world is praise. I can tell you I can tell you the truth. And this is a truth ready for a buddy you and every other human being alive was meant to be praised because they're made in God's image. But only God is meant to be worshipped.

You were created to be praised when God told Adam when he created Adam. I don't guess what you're good. Out of your wife. Created. She's good when God is telling them good. What is he doing?

praising them praise is what brings affirmation validation it also brings. Guess what it also does it boost your self-confidence and also lets you know how its integrated even into our identity.

You can be very good at something but if someone ever, hey you're good at that. How was your confidence in that? Not real good. Is it slow? I said there comes a low self-esteem. There's a love image of yourself.

I worked all night long 10 hours and I was doing the things I got to drive at any towmotor. I was doing donuts with it. But I did my job.

I didn't do nothing. Why? Put the guide on second shift would not do any of his work. So by the time I got to work I had to do my other pool write a list of 1000 piece of wood order. I didn't have to go and put my towels in piece of wood order. So I'm really happy about that. Just went on for a couple months and you don't look really really got under my skin was going to be honest. This dude would come to me. I didn't hear nobody. It was just a busy day.

There were so many times. I prayed in tongues for him. Good luck didn't say anything nice and I decide to put in the spirit. That's what he said. If you can't say anything nice don't say no printer search. Holy Spirit knows what to pray for you because it helps my thought and I think anything wrong about to do him. I didn't get yelled at so I know your orders get done and I was like dude. I pulled second shift stuff and all the the jit just in time and I pulled this and I'm sorry I left 40 sheets of paper out of 300. You guys know I was livid, right? This went on for a while. Do you understand? I probably complained right? No, I probably was a lot like the children of Israel going through the wilderness.

So eventually my supervisor came and I said and I tried like you did you ever try to do the right thing, you know what I'm talking about like Lord, I'm going to pray for him instead. I'm really going to try to it so he's not doing his job and it's on me and I'm sitting like I just bless you Jesus. Thank you for tying my hands. Cuz if you did not hurt this guy. This realtor is like that. I'm being honest with you. This is part of my life. So eventually what happened was the supervisor positions came back there and realized he wasn't doing his job and she realized it was all on me and then my third shift supervisor came back and was like, we didn't know how long has this been going on I said, oh since I started

but I didn't realize how much I complained about this guy. I don't know what's going on his life. You know how many people know when you're working a job. You don't really care what's going on in your life. You just want you to perform right? Let's be honest. I don't know it just be real. I don't really care what you come here. You better flip those burgers.

Until we happen to do is we kind of take that same thinking and we put it into the church.

I know we don't allow people to be vulnerable because if you're vulnerable and you're not performing then then we're really upset. And you get it fully shannan, you can't be open.

And all this goes before Workshop how many times have you ever came into a church service or anything and worshiping God is the last thing on your mind like the music and play but you're still thinking about that thing that's eating at you all week. Maybe maybe it's not a negative but maybe some positive with that things right here in the frontal lobe of your brain is right there eating at you and your like how do I get into a place of Praise when I really don't feel like praising God?

But I really I'm not feeling it today. Okay, what do I do then?

How many of our hearts stay the same because we don't understand worship. We want to praise God you're good for doing this and our Praises. Stop based on what God didn't do.

He really loves us even if you don't feel like you loves you eventually what's going to happen. You're going to believe God loves you and you're opening yourself up to encounter the love of God.
