Compare what is said in verses 19 - 25 tp the authority we have in christ. He ahs made a way fo rus to recoeve a free gift.

We do not need to worry about hpw we are doing. Jesus pasd it all.

We are to walk in this authroity/Jews believed they were safe due to heritage. Same as the chruch. We are the church we do not need to conform.
