The Dimension of the Soul

The work of setting the captives free brings us into a space in which the theoretical must transition to a tangible practice of what we believe to be true

We are at war on a spiritual plane that is making itself manifest in the physical here before our very eyes

When engaging with the subject of deliverance there are those who think everything is a demon…

Not everything is a demon or unclean spirit

It is not always deliverance that is necessary sometimes its counseling and guidance that is needed

Ministration is a work that is entrenched in the confrontation of Spiritual Powers in which humanity is in the middle of and is needing to make a decision which side it will be on.

This war is not about how good I am, how perfectly I execute religious traditions… it is about how blessed I am to be able to carry the Spirit of the Living God in me… That as I become less He becomes greater and where His Spirit is there is Freedom.

When we examine the life of Christ, what He did for us, and what His intention is we note:

Wherever He went the Scandal of the Gospel was proclaimed and it shook everything to the core

the enemy had to flee

the very anointing rotted long standing yokes.

He was assured in His nature which caused Him to walk in the assignment He came to fulfill

Spoke only what the Father spoke

Went where the Father sent Him

Did only what the Father asked

He never disconnected from the Celestial Connection with the Father

The Garden and the issue

We need to know who we are, what we were made for, what the original design of humanity was, why we were made the way that we are…

At the core of proper ministration there is more than just screaming at a demon to get out…

It is the very nature of the war that we are in… while one contends for your ultimate demise… the work of ministration is to restore the person to their intended purpose

not just freedom; but one who has a nature that is connected with the Father.

The work of setting the captives free is to restore humanity to its original intended purpose.

Genesis 4:6–7 ESV

The Lord said to Cain, “Why are you angry, and why has your face fallen? If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin is crouching at the door. Its desire is contrary to you, but you must rule over it.”

Such a simple story that many of us have read since we some of us were in Sunday School

Cain’s offering was rejected; He was not

Emotional/Soulful response causes Him to be offended instead of wanting correct the issue and restore his connection

God is at work even after the offense to restore the connection not lose it

If you do well… I will exalt you, I will lift you high…I will cause you to be desirable in my sight

Obedience to your original design/function

If you do not … sin is at your door

offenses to a moral standard

Morality cannot be defined apart from an all good God

The very thing that separated humanity from its original nature causes humanity to devolve becoming a greater offense to the original nature your Creator has made you with…

You must rule over

The very thing that conquers you will become your master

For this reason your eyes must stay firmly fixed on the things from above and not the things from below

Cain set his eyes on the things below and was overcome with anger, strife, jealousy, he became a murderer

This is what I mentioned a few weeks ago… we cannot walk around with our eyes on the ground… we must remember who we are, fix our eyes on the things from above… or the enemy will place a yoke and take us captive once more.

To be better equipped we need to understand our original function we need to understand how and why we were made.

Humanity’s Design

Gives humanity the ability to have a connection with the heavenly

Capacity to see the visible and invisible

When we function in the fullness of how God created us this 3 Dimensional being has each part Flesh Soul and Spirit according to the nature God made us.

Boundaries or limits were set by God

1 rule “Do not eat of the tree in the middle… or you will Die”

Man Disobeys and is instantly disconnected from the Spirit

this results in our inability to maintain a connection in the Heavenly

Now the soul prevails

all that is left is

Flesh with its desires

Soul

Feels shame, guilt, fear

chaos ensues as we were never made to live without the Spirit

We were made to carry Spirit

Which Spirit are we carrying?

In the Fall humanity is separated from the Spirit and this is where the enemy wars against us fully intent to provoke a separation of the soul rendering the body devoid of anything with a nature towards God.

Spirits need vessels and will occupy a space that is left empty

Spirit of God is there is freedom… the more of His Spirit we carry the more free we are. So

Consider what Cain’s soul was doing when he decided to kill his brother instead of looking at the things from above?

Effort of Battle

While the devil wants you in complete separation he feeds humanity another lie… You’re entire purpose for being is to be saved the end.

Salvation establishes the legal framework for everything that follows in battle

Is where your humanity is found… your Soul; this one either goes to Heaven or Hell

Soul itself is multifaceted

Mind Ps 13:2

a. Soul considers, takes counsel, can remember (It is what is need of knowledge) it is why it can be hurt and hold an account

Will Job 7:15

a. Soul chooses, makes decisions, your will is forged here

b. God will never violate your will

Emotion Ps 42:1

a. Love, hate, grief, fear, anger …

b. But… “I Prayed and God said… no He didn’t, you got in your emotions and are willing yourself to act contrary to your nature

The work of salvation when you die

your flesh will return to dust (Bios)

your sin was dealt with on the cross

this part of us loves to rebel… it feels good

your spirit belongs to God (Zoe)

your connection with the Spirit of God cannot be restored with out the Judicial Framework established in Salvation

Your soul is where the effort of battle is

If it is not restored from

Moral and ethical injuries

perversions (not just sexual)

anything that keeps it focused on the things below

You will suffer a second death and final separation

Satan would love nothing more than to destroy your soul

This dimension of humanity is where our warfare is played out with a confrontation of powers that is pulling on your very soul

Jesus pays the prices for your spirit to be restored to its original connection to give you the capacity to engage the earthly, spiritual, and celestial with POWER AUTHORITY JURISDICTION

Life and life abundant is the decree not that you will have all the riches of the world rather Bios Psuche Zoe is live in the fullness when it is connected to the source and walking in a liberated life

What is Needed from Humanity?

Be sick and tired of being Sick and tired

Acknowledge what it is that causes the disconnection

Death exists where disobedience prevails

1 Sam 15:22 declares obedience over sacrifice

Obedience does not mean perfection

disobedience can simply be the work of not fulfilling what we were created for

Obedience opens all kinds of doors of blessings disobedience closes them all

Acknowledge victory is found in Jesus Christ

Colossians 2:15 ESV

He disarmed the rulers and authorities and put them to open shame, by triumphing over them in him.

He has already placed our enemies on public display for their shame

Understand with how to engage with each part of you

Celestial — Zoe Spirit —Liberation

I must become less so He becomes greater in me

7. Restore humanity to its original nature fully connected to the things from above full of the Spirit

Not everything is in need of “deliverance” from spirits… there are things that must go in the work of ministration as it deals with healing for the spaces in our soul where Moral and ethical injuries exist.

What we are after is total deliverance today is the day to let go of those injuries and allow the soul to heal that your spirit can be renewed
