In our culture, the word "ministry" is used almost exclusively in a religious context. But, the Greek word could also accurately be translated "service," and all Christians are called to serve is some way. So, in this passage, though Paul is addressing the leaders of the church at Ephesus, we look for examples that encourage every believer in Christ to prioritize their ministry.
