Where has God brought us from?

King James Version (Chapter 4)
4 Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;
2 That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.
3 For the time past of our life may suffice us kto have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries:
4 Wherein they think it strange that ye run not with them to the same excess of riot, speaking evil of you:
5 Who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the quick and the dead.
6 For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit.
7 But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.
8 And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins.
9 Use hospitality one to another without grudging.
10 As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
The First Epistle of Peter
it is clear that Peter is speaking about spiritual endowments, not natural abilities. Also, like Paul, he believes that such gifting is not for display or self-glorification or even personal development, but for service (1 Corinthians 12:5 “And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord.”
or, as Paul would say, for building up the body of Christ
Ephesians 4:12“For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:”
The First Epistle of Peter
Christian is a “steward” of a gift. The steward was the person in a household who was responsible for managing the householder’s business and property, including providing what was needed for the family members, slaves, and hired laborers.
The First Epistle of Peter F. Exhortation to Firmness in the End Times (4:1–11)

all alike are simply administrators of that which belongs to God; it is not theirs, but they are responsible for how it is used. They ought to be “good stewards.

God has given us some wonderful gifts
Think about all the things he has brought us out of
We need to share what God has done for us with others who are on the outside looking in
I see all type of people who need a way out and it is our duty to help them through our faith walk with Christ
Sunday School is about Reaching people, Teaching people, Ministering to people, Involving people, Assimilating people and Building Relationships with people
