Acts 2:44-45 “And all who believed were together and had all things in common. And they were selling their possessions and belongings and distributing the proceeds to all, as any had need.”

When we read through the book of Acts, we find a community with both a passion for Christ and for one another.

Today, I want to dive into the story of the early church, and discover how the apostles and early believers demonstrated what it meant to love both God, and those around them.

1: A Foundation of Faith‌

It’s important to note that the believers in the early church were more than just a group of friends. Although they were certainly close, it’s important we understand why they came together in the first place. More than just hanging out, or even common interests or goals—these people were bound together by a deep commitment to Christ and His word.
