The Power of God in you

Acts 1:8 NKJV

8 But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”

1. The Power of the the Holy Spirit is to be witnesses.

if we are not being witnesses than what is the power for.

2. We are here to continue Christ work.

John 14:2 NKJV

2 In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

3. everyone is gifted.

1 Corinthians 12:7 NKJV

7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all:

4. Everyone has a ministry.

Ephesians 2:10 NKJV

10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

5. All of these gifts come From the Holy Spirit and they are here to attest to the message.

6. We need to stir up the gifts.

2 Timothy 1:6 NKJV

6 Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands.

7. We need the correct fellowship.

Acts 4:31 NKJV

31 And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.

8. We need to move out when He tells us to go!

Acts 13:2 NKJV

2 As they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, “Now separate to Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.”
