1. The correction of Apollos. (Acts 18:24-26)

v. 24-25 - Apollos
Alexandrian (Alexandria, Egypt)
Elequent man (vs Paul - 2 Corinthians 10:10 “For they say, “His letters are weighty and strong, but his personal presence is unimpressive and his speech contemptible.””)
Proficient in the Scriptures
(v. 25) instructed in the way of the Lord
fervent in spirit (fervent=zeo=to boil…zeal)
accurately speaking and teaching things about Jesus
aquuinted only with the baptism of John
Matthew 3:11 ““As for me, I baptize you with water for repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, and I am not fit to remove His sandals; He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.”

Conclusion

Acts 1:8 “but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth.””
Romans 8:9 “However, you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him.”
Romans 8:14 “For all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.”
Ephesians 1:13–14 “In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation—having also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is given as a pledge of our inheritance, with a view to the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of His glory.”
