Are You In Or Out?

Psalm 37:3-5

“In” (adverb) expressing movement that results in being enclosed or surrounded by something.

Here are the VERBS that show whether we are in or out:

I. Trust in the LORD. v.3

3 Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.

“Trust” - (verb) firm belief in someone or something.

Proverbs 3:5-6.

II. Delight thyself also in the LORD. v.4

4 Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

“Delight” - (verb) please greatly.

Psalm 1:1-2.

III. Commit thy way unto the LORD. v.5

5 Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

“Commit” (verb) bind or pledge to a course.

Proverbs 16:3.

IV. Rest in the LORD. v.7

7 Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.

“Rest” (verb) place or be placed so as to stay in a specified position.
