We are going to take a break this morning from our Nehemiah series to hopefully be an encouragement to one another in the word.
With so many hurting, and now with the passing of little Evelyn, we need the comfort that only God can offer.
We are all at a loss for what to say.
The things we do think to say feel so empty.
Thankfully, God’s word has what we need.
Jesus knows what painful trials feel like.

He is our high priest and he has been touched with the feelings of our infirmities.
There is no emotion that we feel that Jesus has not also felt.
That is why, in times like this, we can go to him and be honest about what we feel.
