What is in your Hand!

Exodus 4:2-4 And the LORD said unto him, What is that in thine hand? And he said, A rod.3And he said, Cast it on the ground. And he cast it on the ground, and it became a serpent; and Moses fled from before it.4And the LORD said unto Moses, Put forth thine hand, and take it by the tail. And he put forth his hand, and caught it, and it became a rod in his hand:

Exodus 4:12: Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say.

The Book of Exodus is a book of transition! But Egypt’s new king, the pharaoh, regards the Israelites as a threat and forces them into slavery. Exodus tells the story of how God hears the cry of His people, delivers them from Egyptian bondage, and leads them to freedom.The title, Exodus, comes from a Greek word that means “going out,” which is fitting for the book’s subject: the exit of the Hebrew people from Egypt Let me tell you just like the King (The enemy) Saw them as a the enemy see you as threat! but I have good news Your coming out! That tells the Story of a bond people . It tells us a story of deliverance from bondage to Freedom! Egypt was a place of bondage for the isrealites! egypt was a place that held them captive but what they did not know was the was the reason the enemy was riding them was becasue he knew the power they pocessed! They had everything they needed but they were blinded by bondage! They even had who they needed in the Land but They ran him off They had everything they needed in the land but to get out of bondage they ran him off becasue of his Past! Our circustances somtimes makes us blind to what we have and whips us into submission to the chains that holds us down! The Chains that binds our mind to thinking tht this is it and there is no more! Chains that hold us down from freedom wither that freedom to you is Finacial or Spritual We are desiring we are in our epygt trying to get our Exodus which is our way out!! some say stesssed is caused by wanting to be There when yiur here ! But The Lord is Saying what do you have in your hand!!

They Had who they needed in the Land but they ran him off who am I talking about ?/ Im talking about moses! Moses was a born in the Worse cirumstances HE was the Least likley because of His pass and that is the story for some of us here ! If we are honest with our selves we would say the same thing ! BUT GOD called HIM!!!! He called him from a burning bush and asked Him!! WHAT IS IN YOUR HAND!! Moses was walking around with what he needed the whole time!! What happens when we really use whats in our hands!! That thing you think is nothing is they very thing that brings you out!! The Bible says becareful for nothing because that thing your regard as nothing can be the very thing that makes a difference! Some people regard you as nothing but tell them to becareful becasue thaty me be the very link to bring them out!

The Lord was out to convince Moses that He had empowered him with supernatural ability so that he could accomplish what the Lord was instructing him to do despite his own limitations. How did He do it? He used one of the most mundane possessions Moses had to reveal this to him.Likewise, we must learn that little is much when given to God (Mark 6:37-44). WERE REMINDED ABOUT THE 2 FISH AND 5 LOAVES OF BREAD WE FIND IN (1 Corinthians 1:26-29). God delights in using the weak things of the world to confound the mighty!

THE LORD SAID TO MOSES WHAT IS IN YOUR HAND!!

And the LORD said unto him, What is that in thine hand? And he said, A rod

Notice that the Lord asked Moses what he had in his hand. Moses said that it was just a rod, or a stick. And that’s all it was until he gave it to God. Then it turned into something special The things we have, and even our own lives, may seem very ordinary, but when we truly surrender them to God, very extraordinary things can happen!

And he said, Cast it on the ground. And he cast it on the ground, and it became a serpent; and Moses fled from before it.

Telling Moses to cast his rod on the ground was symbolically asking him to yield himself totally to God! Will you yield yourself to God?? Will you just lay your life down??

And what happened when Moses threw his rod (his life) down before the Lord? It turned into a snake. Likewise, when we surrender ourselves totally to the Lord (Romans 12:1),I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God, Ro 12:1–2.

it often looks like we’ve done something that is going to kill us. Things often look worse before they look better. But GOD IS SAYING WHAT DO YOU HAVE IN YOUR HAND!!

Sometimes what we have in our hands scares us! The Power we possess scares! BUT LIKE MOSES WE HAVE TO GRAB BY THE TAIL! WE HAVE TAKE IT UP AND RUN WITH IT! We cant give God a speech of what we cant do our what are circustances dictates us to do We have to Pick it up by tail an RUN WITH it !! Notice if you pick up a snake by the tail it will strike back! so what God was telling Moses to do lay it all on the Line !! Will you meet me in Obiendance ! will you do the unthinkable are you willing to lose your life for my sake to pick up everlasting life ? See what Moses didnt realize was that it was the stick it was what in the Stick ! God was in the ROD!! it was called the ROD OF GOD!! WHAT DONT UNDERSTAND THAT ITS NOT YOU! IT WHAT IS IN YOU! THE BIBLE SAYS GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN YOU THE HE THAT IS IN THE WORLD!! THE ONE THAT IS IN YOU HAS ALL POWER IN HIS HANDS!!! HE WAS BURSED BEATIN AND BATTER ! HE WAS LAID IN A BORROWED TOMB BUT HE GOT UP FOR ME!! WHAT DOES HE HAVE IN HIS HAND?? HE HAS ALLL POWER IN HIS HAND !! HE HAS THE KEYS OF DEATH HELL AND THE GRAVE ! 8: And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth THAT POWER IS LIVING IN YOU!! HE SAID “Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. USE YOUR POWER!!

USE WHAT YOU GOT TO GET!!

HE HAS THE KEYS MOSES WENT ON ! HE HELD UP THE ROD THE ISREALITES PREVIALED !! WHEN HE HELD UP HIS ARMS THE SEA WAS PARTED AND THE WALKED ON DRY LAND!!! HOLD UP YOUR ARMS !!! DO TAKE DOWN !! GOD IS GIVING YOU POWER TO KEEP GOING USE WHAT YOU HAVE IN YOUR HANDS!! SOMETIMES IT MAY GET HEAVY SOMETIMES YOU MAY WANT TO QUIT !! BUT GOD WILL SEND PEOPLE TO HOLD UP YOUR ARMS RECIEVE THEM !! KNOW THAT IS GOD IS FOR YOUR WHO CAN BE AGAINST YOU!! WHAT ITS INYOUR HANDS!!
