Romans 3:21–24 ESV

21 But now the righteousness of God has been manifested apart from the law, although the Law and the Prophets bear witness to it— 22 the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction: 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,

There is a wise saying: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. That is solid advice when you are dealing with sinful mankind.

There are many scams out there to avoid.

Signs of a scam

Very cheap prices. They encourage you to pay via direct bank transfer. scammers sometimes steer you to pay using unusual methods such as money order, pre-loaded money card, gift card, or wire transfer. Or giving them your bank information.

But the promises of God of forgiveness of sin, of peace with God through trusting in the Savior, of a new heaven and a new earth come from a faithful Creator, and there is no greater insult to God than not to believe His promises.

If someone makes a unmerited promise what it is the responsibility of the one making the promise? and the responsibility of the one whom the promise is made?

Romans 4:21–22 ESV

21 fully convinced that God was able to do what he had promised. 22 That is why his faith was “counted to him as righteousness.”

2 Corinthians 1:20 ESV

20 For all the promises of God find their Yes in him. That is why it is through him that we utter our Amen to God for his glory.

2 Peter 1:4 ESV

4 by which he has granted to us his precious and very great promises, so that through them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world because of sinful desire.

1 Peter 2:24 ESV

24 He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed.
