A really hard question to ask: What would it say about us as a church if we value autonomy and control even if it would cause our church to decline?
What are some ways you’ve heard where members of churches desired autonomy or control in their church over the future health of the church?
As our church explores God plan for us today… could we affirm that it may very well be the case that Jesus’ plan for our church looks very different from our own plans for our church?

Change can be enjoyable if we focus on the people!!! But fear of losing autonomy or control sometimes leads us to unreasonable, irrational decisions!
What blessings could future generations miss if we fail to reach our community and world for the cause of Christ?
