Genesis 22:1–18 “And it came to pass after these things, that God did tempt Abraham, and said unto him, Abraham: and he said, Behold, here I am. And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of. And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and saddled his ass, and took two of his young men with him, and Isaac his son, and clave the wood for the burnt offering, and rose up, and went unto the place of which God had told him. Then on the third day Abraham lifted up his eyes, and saw the place afar off. And Abraham said unto his young men, Abide ye here with the ass; and I and the lad will go yonder and worship, and come again to you. And Abraham took the wood of the burnt offering, and laid it upon Isaac his son; and he took the fire in his hand, and a knife; and they went both of them together. And Isaac spake unto Abraham his father, and said, My father: a…”

Unquestioned Availability Verse 1

"Hineni" (הִנֵּנִי) This term signifies more than just a location, but also a total presence or readiness, a willingness to fully engage or participate. When someone in the Bible says "Hineni," they're not just saying "I'm here in a geographical sense, but "I'm here" in a deeply engaged and interpersonal way.
Genesis 22:1 KJV 1900
And it came to pass after these things, that God did tempt Abraham, and said unto him, Abraham: and he said, Behold, here I am.
Genesis 31:11 KJV 1900
And the angel of God spake unto me in a dream, saying, Jacob: And I said, Here am I.
Genesis 46:2 KJV 1900
And God spake unto Israel in the visions of the night, and said, Jacob, Jacob. And he said, Here am I.
Exodus 3:4 KJV 1900
And when the Lord saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I.
1 Samuel 3:1–10 KJV 1900
And the child Samuel ministered unto the Lord before Eli. And the word of the Lord was precious in those days; there was no open vision. And it came to pass at that time, when Eli was laid down in his place, and his eyes began to wax dim, that he could not see; And ere the lamp of God went out in the temple of the Lord, where the ark of God was, and Samuel was laid down to sleep; That the Lord called Samuel: and he answered, Here am I. And he ran unto Eli, and said, Here am I; for thou calledst me. And he said, I called not; lie down again. And he went and lay down. And the Lord called yet again, Samuel. And Samuel arose and went to Eli, and said, Here am I; for thou didst call me. And he answered, I called not, my son; lie down again. Now Samuel did not yet know the Lord, neither was the word of the Lord yet revealed unto him. And the Lord called Samuel again the third time. And he arose and went to Eli, and said, Here am I; for thou didst call me. And Eli perceived that the Lord had called the child. Therefore Eli said unto Samuel, Go, lie down: and it shall be, if he call thee, that thou shalt say, Speak, Lord; for thy servant heareth. So Samuel went and lay down in his place. And the Lord came, and stood, and called as at other times, Samuel, Samuel. Then Samuel answered, Speak; for thy servant heareth.
In this verse, Samuel did not know it was the Lord, but in verse 10 he responds with the same attitude, but using a different word. I believe he was still thinking "Hineni"
Isaiah 6:8 KJV 1900
Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.
These verses all show men who were greatly used by God, and every one of them started out the same. BEFORE they knew what God wanted, when they only knew that God was trying to get their attention, they said "Here am I" they said "I'm here in a geographical sense, but "I'm here" in a deeply engaged and interpersonal way." They were saying "I am ready and willing to do whatever you wish"
In my life, have i said "Hineni"? have you said "I am ready and willing to do whatever God wants me to do?"

Unbelievable Orders Verse 2

What orders are for us?
Two types of orders in the Navy, Standing Orders, and Issued Orders
Standing Orders:
These are permanent instructions that apply continuously until amended or revoked. They govern routine operations, procedures, and behavior. Standing orders provide a consistent framework for daily activities and operational procedures
Issued Orders:
These are specific directives given for particular situations or tasks. Issued orders are usually temporary and may be related to specific missions, operations, or changes in routine. They are often given by commanding officers or other senior personnel in response to immediate needs or circumstances.
In the New testament, we can find examples of these.

Standing Orders

Holiness
1 Peter 1:15–16 KJV 1900
But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.
1 Thessalonians 4:7 KJV 1900
For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness.
Romans 12:1–2 KJV 1900
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
Spread the Gospel
Mark 16:15 KJV 1900
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
Luke 24:46–48 KJV 1900
And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. And ye are witnesses of these things.
Matthew 28:19–20 KJV 1900
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Acts 1:8 KJV 1900
But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

Issued Orders

Paul talks about his issued orders in
Acts 26:14–18 KJV 1900
And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking unto me, and saying in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest. But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee; Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee, To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
Peter received orders in
Acts 10:19–20 KJV 1900
While Peter thought on the vision, the Spirit said unto him, Behold, three men seek thee. Arise therefore, and get thee down, and go with them, doubting nothing: for I have sent them.
Philip received orders in
Acts 8:26 KJV 1900
And the angel of the Lord spake unto Philip, saying, Arise, and go toward the south unto the way that goeth down from Jerusalem unto Gaza, which is desert.
For me and my family, our orders are to go to Spain to spread the Gospel, train, men, start churches, and send missionaries.
What is Gods special order for you? Are you willing to do it? Have you asked Him for it?
How do we know? Prayer, fasting, a willingness to go. God wants you to know how to serve Him.

Unerring Preparation verses 3-6

We do not see Abraham waiting, we don't see him procrastinating. we see him preparing. As soon as he received his orders, he started getting ready.
When I first announced my call to preach, my Pastor said "A call to preach is a call to prepare"
James 1:5 KJV 1900
If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
says if any man lack wisdom, let him ask of God, but wisdom is not knowledge. It is the application of knowledge.
2 Timothy 2:15 KJV 1900
Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Proverbs 18:15 KJV 1900
The heart of the prudent getteth knowledge; And the ear of the wise seeketh knowledge.
How do we prepare for the work God has called us to? Study! develop a prayer life, get in the word, Bible college is beneficial to any Christian, called to preach or not. Start preparing now for whatever God has, or will call you to do.

Undying Trust Verses 7-8

Genesis 21:12 KJV 1900
And God said unto Abraham, Let it not be grievous in thy sight because of the lad, and because of thy bondwoman; in all that Sarah hath said unto thee, hearken unto her voice; for in Isaac shall thy seed be called.
God promised that in Isaac, his seed would be called. Now God is telling him to offer Isaac as a burnt offering. but through it all, we see Abraham trusts God. i don't know if he was expecting God to have a lamb waiting, or if he expected God to raise Isaac from the dead, or for the nice to turn into rubber as he made the killing stab, but we know he trusted God. He said, whatever happens, I am just going to do whatever God says, which is a pretty safe thing to say.
Proverbs 3:5–6 KJV 1900
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; And lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, And he shall direct thy paths.
Psalm 9:9–10 KJV 1900
The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed, A refuge in times of trouble. And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: For thou, Lord, hast not forsaken them that seek thee.
Romans 8:28 KJV 1900
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
People ask me how I can bring Charity to another country, away from family, and not be scared to death. Well, its not easy, and it is scary, but I know we can trust in Him!

Unwavering Obedience Verses 9-11

Hebrews 11:32–38 KJV 1900
And what shall I more say? for the time would fail me to tell of Gedeon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Jephthae; of David also, and Samuel, and of the prophets: Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens. Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection: And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment: They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented; (Of whom the world was not worthy:) they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth.
I can tell of the 11 disciples, of Paul, of David Livingston, of Nate Saint, Jim Elliot, of CT Stood, i can tell you example after example of men and women who gave it all, who were either killed, or died on the field. Men and woman who obeyed the Lord unwaveringly.
William Borden -- No Reserves. No Retreats. No Regrets
Are you willing to obey the Lord no matter what? Are you willing to go to China? to India? to Iran? Jordan? Gaza? Your neighbor? We have orders from the Lord, are you doing them? are you doing his perfect will for YOUR life?
even after all this, before he knew what God would do, he still said here I am.

Unceasing Providence Verses 12-14

Jehovah-Jireh means "The LORD Will Provide"
While Abraham was walking up on side, God was leading a ram up the other! years before God had a seed take root that would turn into a bush that would be perfectly made to trap a rams horn, Before that God made a puff of air, a flying bird, and something to bring that seed to that location! I refuse to let Calvinist ruin the Sovereignty of God! God is still on the thrown, and He is still in control! He promises to provide for our needs.
Matthew 6:31–33 KJV 1900
Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Philippians 4:19 KJV 1900
But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Luke 12:24 KJV 1900
Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?
Hebrews 13:5–6 KJV 1900
Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
Matthew 28:18–20 KJV 1900
And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Unsurpassed Blessings Verses 15-18

James 1:17 KJV 1900
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
Ephesians 3:20 KJV 1900
Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
I grew up seeing the blessings of God on my family, I never doubted weather God was able, but i did struggle with wither or not God would bless me, and y family. Let me tell you folks, HE HAS! more then i ever could have dreamed! He has met our needs,
There is no greater life, or blessing then serving the Lord.
