Life: (state) n. — the condition of living or the state of being alive; especially healthiness, happiness, exuberance, energy, vitality, and the like.
Regneration

Regeneration is the process of being spiritually reborn or renewed. It means experiencing a profound change of heart and mind, often through faith in God, leading to a new way of living. It's like starting fresh, with a new spiritual life that aligns with God's will and purposes. This transformation is seen as a gift from God, giving a person a new beginning and a deeper connection with Him.
Sanctification
2 Thessalonians 2:13 ESV
But we ought always to give thanks to God for you, brothers beloved by the Lord, because God chose you as the firstfruits to be saved, through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth.
Sanctification is the process of becoming more holy and aligned with God's will. It involves growing spiritually, changing how we think and act to reflect God's goodness, and living a life that honors Him. This journey happens over time, with God's help, as we strive to become more like Jesus in our daily lives.
sanctification n. — the act of becoming more personally dedicated to God; especially by becoming more distinct, devoted, or morally pure.
Ephesians 6:18 ESV
praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints,
Praying in the Spirit, according to Ephesians 6:18, means praying under the guidance and influence of the Holy Spirit. It involves being fully attuned to the Spirit's leading, allowing Him to direct your thoughts, words, and desires as you pray.
Romans 8:6 ESV
For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace.
