Galatians 6:9 NKJV
9 And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.
________
MY P90X experience.
P90X promises a transformed physique in 90 days.
I bought it...It was in my house for well over 90 days.
My flab didn't go anywhere?
My 6 pack stayed well hidden.
It's not a chronological plan...it's a conditional plan.
__________
WE TEND TO BELIEVE WE HAVE A REWARD FROM HEAVEN SET ON A PARTICULAR DAY.
We are trying to survive our substandard days until we can live in our reaping realities.
THIS MANIFESTS IN THE RAPTURE.
We are waiting for the day Jesus will come....I BELIEVE JESUS IS WAITING FOR A CONDITION
___________
Galatians 6:9 is a passage with a phrase “due season” in older translations but I used the NIV because it is more accurate in regards to the meaning of the text.
IDIOS KAIROS = Proper time, or the time when it is appropriate.
The harvest will not come until it is appropriate for it to do so.
THIS MEANS THAT REAPING SEASON IS MORE CONDITIONAL THAN IT IS CHRONOLOGICAL.
There is not an appointed time for you to receive blessing...there is an appropriate condition for blessing to burst forth.
The lack of fruit and or blessing in our lives is not God's way of making us aware that there is no time in eternity.
More times than not...we are not waiting on God...but rather He is waiting on us.
OUR REAPING SEASON ISN’T CHRONOLOGICAL, IT’S CONDITIONAL
_________
Reaping is an ode to fruitfulness.
We have a God who is passionate about fruitfulness.
THE LAW OF FIRST MENTIONS | What a writer states first is intended to be a filter of definition throughout the remainder of the writing.
Genesis 1:27 NKJV
27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.
_________
Good things produce Good Fruit
There was a reason that God wanted them to produce fruit
Genesis 1:31 NKJV
31 Then God saw everything that He had made, and indeed it was very good. So the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
Because they were completely and totally without blemish.
God wants His work to produce more of it’s kind.
(DON’T LET YOUR SALVATION BE A STANDALONE)
___________ When man was as he ought to be…living in his intended purpose…He bore the image of God, and He walked in the authority of God.
God didn’t make man to be a loser…He made man to be in dominion.
WHEN MAN WAS AS HE OUGHT TO BE, HE BORE THE IMAGE OF GOD AND WALKED IN THE AUTHORITY OF GOD.
_____________
Righteousness is a return
We see a Greek word that points back to the condition of Adam after the moment of creation.
Dikaiosyne: in the broad sense, the state of him who is such as he ought to be, righteousness.
You and I are given access to the original state of Adam through the blood of Jesus.
We are offered the opportunity to experience the righteousness of God.
