The evaluation process should be a time to reflect on the last year, make changes where needed, and, more importantly – celebrate successes.
It should also be used as a time to correct course if an employee has gotten off track.
Reinforcing the positive and celebrating the successes can influence future positive behaviors.

2. In a season of staff transition, how has that impacted you? How would you assess the current health of the staff? What is one thing that could help the staff team become healthier together?

5. Is there anything you need from the church in order to more effectively carry out your ministry role at FRC (ex. training, funds, more staff support)?
