for the next several weeks we’re going to be looking at the book of 1 John. this is one of my favorite books. it is a favorite, not only because it is a short book, but because it is east to understand and does not mince words. so many times i think we read the bible and are maybe confused about what the book is trying to say. but that is not so with this book. 1 John is very precise and to the point, and leave no room for wondering what the author is trying to get across. with that being said, today we are just going to look at the introduction, just the first four verses.
