There are certain things that bother me. And other things that only bother you. We would call those our buttons.
We can’t put blame on other people for pressing our buttons.
Take responsibility for ourselves—The Power of One
Moses the leader of Israel wasn’t in the wrong. He wasn’t complainging. He even took the problem to God. But his reaction was what got him into trouble.
We can’t fix other people. We can only fix ourselves and are only responsible for ourselves.
Our actions stem from our thoughts.
We should not find our identity in what othe rpeople think of us. 1 Peter 2:23 “Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously:”
God is our judge and we are only responsible to him.
2 choices when someone says something....is it actually true and we need to fix oourselves? Or is it false. Use God’s standards
