So we want people to be changed and set free.
Thus we aim to MINISTER out of our HEALING, and not out of our HURT!
There is...
ONE NAME that brings healing to our BROKENNESS.
ONE NAME that brings about RESTORATION of our lives.
THAT NAME IS “JESUS!”
CALL ON HIS NAME: JESUS!
13 For “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

you told me, “Do not fear.”
So what is it about this NAME: JESUS?
Jesus facts:
It is the name given by God; therefore, it is significant.
It is the name above all names.
At the name of Jesus, every knee will bow in heaven and on earth.
This name has authority.
All who call on the name of Jesus will be saved.
Demons are subject to his name.
This name has power.
Signs and wonders happen in his name.
This was not just for the early church but for now.
Power vs Authority
policeman doesn’t have the power to stop a moving car, BUT
The policeman has the authority to State of Oklahoma to stop the car.
Jesus has BOTH...
He speaks to the wind and the sea and they obey— POWER
He gives a command to the Roman solider to go home and his daughter would be healed— AUTHORITY
“Jesus is Lord.” He is not just a man.
Jesus is God Incarnate—the Son of God.
“Incarnate,” means that the Son of God took on a fleshly, bodily form (John 1:14).
He is the Lord!
there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which a person can be saved

11 For Jesus is the one referred to in the Scriptures, where it says, ‘The stone that you builders rejected has now become the cornerstone.’ 12 There is salvation in no one else! God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved.”

5 Things That Happen When You Call The Name Of Jesus
When we call on Jesus, we can expect...
healing,
salvation,
deliverance,
protection, and
transformative change.
When you call on the name of Jesus, extraordinary things happen. His name carries a transformative power that can bring healing, salvation, deliverance, protection, and supernatural changes.
healing power:
The name of Jesus holds the healing power to restore our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. By invoking His name, we can experience miraculous healing and find comfort in times of pain and suffering.
4 Jesus told them, “Go back to John and tell him what you have heard and seen—5 the blind see, the lame walk, those with leprosy are cured, the deaf hear, the dead are raised to life, and the Good News is being preached to the poor.”
salvation:
Jesus' name is the gateway to salvation. We receive the gift of eternal life and reconciliation with God through faith in Him and calling on His name. The name of Jesus has the power to save us from the penalty of sin.
13 I have written this to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know you have eternal life. 14 And we are confident that he hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases him. 15 And since we know he hears us when we make our requests, we also know that he will give us what we ask for.
deliverance:
Invoking Jesus' name brings deliverance from the strongholds of darkness. Demons tremble at the sound of His name, and by calling on Jesus, we can experience freedom and victory over spiritual oppression.
1 Jesus called his twelve disciples together and gave them authority to cast out evil spirits and to heal every kind of disease and illness.
14 Seven sons of Sceva, a leading priest, were doing this. 15 But one time when they tried it, the evil spirit replied, “I know Jesus, and I know Paul, but who are you?” 16 Then the man with the evil spirit leaped on them, overpowered them, and attacked them with such violence that they fled from the house, naked and battered.
divine protection:
Calling on the name of Jesus brings about divine protection. In times of danger or turmoil, His name acts as a shield and refuge, providing safety and peace amidst the storms of life.
14 Make thankfulness your sacrifice to God,
and keep the vows you made to the Most High.
15 Then call on me when you are in trouble,
and I will rescue you,
and you will give me glory.”
supernatural changes:
Lastly, the name of Jesus can bring about supernatural changes in our lives. It can transform our hearts, minds, and circumstances. By calling on Jesus, we invite Him to work in and through us, bringing about lasting change and conforming us to His image.
2 I am writing to God’s church in Corinth, to you who have been called by God to be his own holy people. He made you holy by means of Christ Jesus, just as he did for all people everywhere who call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, their Lord and ours.
Transformation from darkness to light, from sinful to right standing with God.
Calling on the name of Jesus is not a mere formality, but an invitation to experience the fullness of His power. When we call on Jesus, we can expect healing, salvation, deliverance, protection, and transformative change. His name is a source of hope, comfort, and restoration.
Put the Name of Jesus in to Practice!
17 And whatever you do or say, do it as a representative of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through him to God the Father.
If we need wisdom and guidance CALL ON THE NAME OF JESUS!

17 The story of what happened spread quickly all through Ephesus, to Jews and Greeks alike. A solemn fear descended on the city, and the name of the Lord Jesus was greatly honored. 18 Many who became believers confessed their sinful practices. 19 A number of them who had been practicing sorcery brought their incantation books and burned them at a public bonfire. The value of the books was several million dollars. 20 So the message about the Lord spread widely and had a powerful effect.
