Accountability of Leadership.
Due to the many instances of moral failure in spiritual leadership across the country, we feel we must be proactive to protect each other and the church.
Suggested ways to approach the subject
Each pastor, elders, and even deacons to have an accountability partner/s to ask the difficult questions of each other on a regular basis:
- Have you been faithful to your wife?
- What are you studying in your spiritual life/devotions?
- Have you touched any person: adult or child in an inappropriate manner.
- Is there anything you are keeping hidden from your peers?
- Is there something you need to tell me?
2. If a background check has not been done on the staff member, it must be done. Background checks must be done on all staff and board members.

Hospitality Liaison
1. Individual to report to Clara or Pastor Jim when we have a special guest coming to the church upon their arrival.
2. Their purpose is to make sure special speakers and guests are not left to fend for themselves.
3. Assist the guest with tables, displays, water, and pastoral communication for them to do their job correctly.
4. They will have a singular purpose- the guest.
5. They will be especially busy during conferences, and special meetings.
