v. 1-5 - Restlessness
A. The psalmist is deeply disturbed
The psalmist is seeking God’s help but doesn’t see or feel God doing anything
C. God always hears when we cry out to Him
v. 6-9 - Questioning
A. The psalmist grapples with questions about why God seems to not be helping him
God is big enough to handle our questions and doubts
v. 10-20 - Comfort in remembering God’s faithfulness in the past
Psalm 77:10
“Then I said, “
I will appeal to this
, to the years of the right hand of the Most High.””

Omnipresent -
Omnipotent -
Omniscient -
God is in absolute sovereign control and He has your best interest at heart
B. Remember God’s Work
The psalmist remembers God parting the Red Sea and rescuing His people
See how God has been faithful since the beginning in His Word
Think back to times that God has been faithful in your own life
