“The Creed of Creeds”
“The Creed of Creeds”
Decalogue (10 commandments) is “the Rule of Rules.” The Lord’s Prayer is “the Prayer of Prayers.” And the Sermon on the Mount, “the Sermon of Sermons.”
Q. What is a creed? A. A creed is also known as a “rule of faith” or “symbol of faith” or “article of faith.” It comes from the Latin word credo, which translated is “I believe.” —Rick Brannon Building a Firm Foundation
I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth
And in Jesus Christ, his only begotten Son, our Lord. Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary. Suffered under Pontius Pilate; was crucified, dead and buried; He descended into hell. The third day he rose again from the dead He ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty. From thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead
I believe in the Holy Spirit. I believe a holy catholic church; the communion of saints. The forgiveness of sins. The resurrection of the body. And the life everlasting. Amen

Malachi 2:10 “10 Have we not all one Father? Has not one God created us?”
Maker of heaven and earth
Creator of the Finite Universe: Consisting of Multiple Dimensions - Height, Width, Depth, Time
Genesis 1:1–2“1 In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.”
Genesis 1:26–27 “26 Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.”
John 1:1–4 “1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life, and the life was the light of men.”
John 1:14 “14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.”
The Holy Spirit is already in Creation and the 1st of the Triune Godhead to be named. The Spirit is what gave Jesus power and give us power. Maybe the big bang is the Holy Spirit exploding into finite. What an opposite reaction when the Logos appears in the Godman Jesus. A lowly manger.
