All thoughout the Word of God, water is mentionned. In the beginning, the Spirit of God was moving upon the face of the waters. We also see Jesus walking on water, as well as commanding the sea to be still. Pastor Julianna is reminding us of the authority we have on the marine spirits in the name of Jesus. She is encouraging us to arise and use our authority in prayer for the deliverance of our families and land.
