The True Builder Is Jesus Christ.

No church can be the church Jesus built except it is founded by the Scriptural Builder.

I am asked by so many people why there are so many different denominations and a multiplicity of churches.

The fact is they each have their own origin and originator. They each have different doctrines and practices.

The bottom line is God is not the author of confusion.

Therefore, all this division is sin and heresy. We must go back to the Bible to discover the church of the New Testament church and make our allegiance with her.

Who Built Your Church?

Matthew 16:18 Jesus built the church.

Hebrews 9:1—10 A human made tabernacle is not enough to please God even if it is designed according to the ordination of the law of Moses.

Hebrews 9:11—13 Jesus bled for a better tabernacle.

Hebrews 9:11 Jesus’ tabernacle was not made by any man’s hands.

Hebrews 9:15 We serve the Savior whose blood has placed us in a better covenant and in a better tabernacle.

Matthew 16:18 “I will build MY church.” The church belongs to Him and not any other person.

The True Foundation Is Jesus Christ, Himself.

The church of the New Testament is constructed on the foundation of Jesus’ teachings. His apostles were commissioned with those teachings (Matthew 28:19—20) to go into all the world making disciples of Jesus.

(Matthew 16:19) What did Jesus give Peter?

(Matthew 28:18-19) With the authority Jesus had, what did he tell the apostles to do?

(Ephesians 2:20)The church is built on the foundation of whom? And of this foundation, who is the chief cornerstone?

(Ephesians 2:21) What is built on top of this foundation with us?

4. (Ephesians 2:22) Who dwells in this spiritual structure?

The True Place of Origin for the Founding of the Church is Jerusalem.

Any church that was not founded at the Scriptural place is not the church of Christ.

In the words of Brownlow,
“If a person should be a member of some church first founded in London or New York, he could not claim membership in the church of Christ; for Christ’s church did not have its origin in London or New York.”
(Mark 9:1) Either it is the case that there are some very old people walking around today or the kingdom has come. Which is it?

The True Time of the Church is the Pentecost following the Death, Burial and Resurrection of Jesus Christ.
