Suffering Forever

NONE OF THIS IS HYPERBOLE

It would be better
Mark 14:21 “ For the Son of Man goes as it is written of him, but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been better for that man if he had not been born.””
unquenchable fire
Matthew 25:41 “41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.”
Revelation 14:9–11 “9 And another angel, a third, followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and its image and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand, 10 he also will drink the wine of God’s wrath, poured full strength into the cup of his anger, and he will be tormented with fire and sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. 11 And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever, and they have no rest, day or night, these worshipers of the beast and its image, and whoever receives the mark of its name.””
be thrown into Hell (Gehenna)
Matthew 8:12 - the sons of the Kingdom will be thrown in to the outer darkness…
Matthew 22:13 - the man unprepared (no garment) was cast out
Daniel 3 - Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego
Matthew 3:12 “12 His winnowing fork is in his hand, and he will clear his threshing floor and gather his wheat into the barn, but the chaff he will burn with unquenchable fire.””
where the worm does not die and the fire is not quenched
Isaiah 66:24 “24 “And they shall go out and look on the dead bodies of the men who have rebelled against me. For their worm shall not die, their fire shall not be quenched, and they shall be an abhorrence to all flesh.””

So one-eyed? One-Handed? Yes. It would be better

Streets of Gold and Suffering Flame

There is no middle ground.
There are no more chances in the next life.
There is no Heaven without Hell

Salted or Salty?

Salted: Everyone will be salted with fire

Salty?

Salt’s preserving power - preserving our souls and this world (God & Abraham over Sodom)
Salt as seasoning; changing the taste and smell of food
changing the aroma of our lives as worship to God
2 Corinthians 2:15 “For we are the aroma of Christ to God among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing,”
Salt as tenderizing our hearts towards others
Mark 9:38 “John said to him, “Teacher, we saw someone casting out demons in your name, and we tried to stop him, because he was not following us.””

Saved and Salty

Call on the Lord and be saved TODAY if He is calling you!
Child of God, consider who is truly and eternally with us
May the aroma of our lives be the sweet smelling savor of Christ
