Everyone Has a Guardian Angel

“See that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you that their angels in heaven always look upon the face of my heavenly Father.”

Boys and girls, I want you to look around this church. How many people do you think are in here? [ ] And who are you counting to come up with that number? You’re probably counting the people you can see, right? Well, my guess is that right now we’re close to about 500 human people in here. But the truth is that every single person you see here has a guardian angel who is always defending them, and angels are people too. So, really, there’s double the number of people you’d think: There’s everyone you can see plus their guardian angels.

And this is true wherever you go, whether you’re in school or at a restaurant or you’re on an airplane. Always look around you, guess how many human people there are, and double that number. And when you’ve done that, pray to your guardian angel and their guardian angels. Not everyone is attuned to their guardian angels; there are guardian angels who will watch over a person’s entire life and never be invoked. So, it’s important to pray even to other people’s guardian angels because they’re always looking upon the face of God the Father.

I pray to your guardian angels every morning because Jesus promised that the prayers of your guardian angels are actually a lot more powerful than mine. So now that you know that, call upon your guardian angels as often as you can. Call upon other people’s guardian angels, because not only could you use all the help you can get, but so can they.
