Romans 3:10–12 “10 as it is written: There is no one righteous, not even one. 11 There is no one who understands; there is no one who seeks God. 12 All have turned away; all alike have become worthless. There is no one who does what is good, not even one.”
1. Firm establishment over a long period of time and a settlement as a habitual practice. -

Became Drunk- Being drunk is a sin.

Proverbs 20:1 “1 Wine is a mocker, beer is a brawler; whoever goes astray because of them is not wise.”
Ephesians 5:18 “18 And don’t get drunk with wine, which leads to reckless living, but be filled by the Spirit:”
Exodus 20:5 “5 Do not bow in worship to them, and do not serve them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, bringing the consequences of the fathers’ iniquity on the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate me,”

We will never reach an age where we will stop sinning.

Noah was 600 Years old
Abraham sinned by not trusting the promises of God and
Moses Sinned by striking the Rock and not being able to go to the promise land
David sinned with Bathsheba later in life fifties
Solomon Sinned and sought after other Gods.
Ecclesiastes 12:1 “1 So remember your Creator in the days of your youth: Before the days of adversity come, and the years approach when you will say, “I have no delight in them”;”

Romans 3:23 “23 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God;”
Sin Brings Shame

2.Shame Effects all of Us. V.21-24

Genesis 3:7 “7 Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves.”
Genesis 6:5 “5 When the Lord saw that human wickedness was widespread on the earth and that every inclination of the human mind was nothing but evil all the time,”
So, we need to get the gospel right, and we need to ask the Spirit to help us to appropriate the truth of the gospel, to realize that as Jeremiah puts it—and interestingly, this is quoted twice in Hebrews, in Hebrews 8 and 10—God says to us, “In the new covenant, in Christ, I will remember your sins no more
Adam gathered all the animasl together to name them
Noah Gathered the to save them
Adam had 3 son named
Noah had 3 sons named
Adam was a farmer

Shem -

As Shem and Japheth covered their fathers shame Noah askefs God to extends Japheth’s territory and family and Shem will let Japheth dwell in his tents God use the descendants of Shem to cover our shame.

As Shem and Japheth covered their fathers shame God will use the descendants of Shem to cover our shame. extends Japheth’s territory and family and Shem will let Japheth dwell in his tents God use the descendants of Shem to cover our shame.

Genesis 9:27 “27 Let God extend Japheth; let Japheth dwell in the tents of Shem; let Canaan be Shem’s slave.”

Jeremiah 17:9 “9 The heart is more deceitful than anything else, and incurable—who can understand it?”
Jesus is far more concerned about us than He is about our sins. I think sometimes we can have a view of Jesus that suggests what He’s really interested in is our sins because He died for them. But you see, He died for them because He was more interested in us than He is interested in our sins. He died for us in order to get rid of our sins, not to keep bringing up our sins.
