St. John de Brebeuf and St. Isaac Jogues

Those Saints that we are celebration today born in Europe in a develop country, and when they come to this land, it was so hard to live here with no power, nor heating system, no roads only to be here was a suffering.

But they left his family his country, and at llast: his life, because they wanted to bring the people of here the only thing that can make them really free, to know the real love of God.

I can understand this because, before that I came here, I was living in a country where many people live like those who kill John de Brebeuf.

I was living for years in Papua, and in the bush areas many people still offer scarifies, still believe that if someone make something wrong, they have to make a revenge, in this country the children and the woman has no importance for them.

We have to teach them that God send his son to forgive them, so they must forgive each other, because God has offered his pardon.

We have to teach them that they cannot punch the girls and the children because they are images of God.

And this happen no many years ago, I just left the mission this year.

Today we give thanks to God for have send those missionaries, that leaving all his comfort come here even to lose his life, that all of us know the true God, and the only God that can make us free.

If you want to keep this freedom you have to love Jesus, only Jesus can make the people really free.
