He desired that he not be ashamed.

He desired that Christ be magnified.

How do we make those choices?

Who stands to benefit most?

What are some positive outcomes of this decision? List.

What are some negative outcomes of this decision?

Have I prayed about it?

Do I feel an impression from God?

Do others feel good about it?

Have I given myself enough time to think through this?

III. The Confident Determination, 25-26.

1. To stay for their progress in the faith.

2. To stay for their joy in the faith.

The self centered person is never truly happy.
