The Prayer of Jabez:
10 And Jabez called on the God of Israel saying, “Oh, that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain!” So God granted him what he requested.
That You would bless me
It’s not weird for you to want God to bless you
There’s over 80 some scriptures about God’s blessing
Why are we apologizing for God’s goodness?
You don’t get to define what God is looking for, you get to become what he wants you to be
20 He sent His word and healed them,
And delivered them from their destructions.
1 Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good!
For His mercy endures forever.
2 Let the redeemed of the Lord say so,
Whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy,

May the Lord give you increase,

2. “that you would multiply my territory”
– Many think Jabez refers to physical land when asking to multiply territory. However, if we look at Jabez's lineage, we can understand that he is not merely speaking in terms of wealth and prosperity but in terms of impacting the kingdom of God. He wanted his spiritual territory to increase, to claim generations for the Lord of Israel. Do you need to claim or reclaim some of the land Satan has taken from you?
When you pray, ask God to multiply your territory and to do more through you!
Increase our influence for Christ
Make us impactful for the kingdom
3. That your final outcome is going to better than my current condition
That His hand is with you
His Power is going to be revealed mightily in your life
That you are going to be in awe of God and His Glory
4. For protection for your Family and yourself
Have a proactive defense system
Don’t wait to tell sickness to go
Don’t wait to rebuke the devourer
Don’t wait to speak the angels of God over
9 What do you conspire against the Lord?
He will make an utter end of it.
Affliction will not rise up a second time.
