Exodus 3:14 (ESV)

I Believe

James 2:19 (ESV)
You believe that God is one; you do well. Even the demons believe—and shudder!

Three Essential Elements of Faith/Belief

Knowledge – a body of data concerning facts and their meaning; history and its theological interpretation.

Assent – personal agreement with this body of historical and theological truth: yes, these things happened, and yes, they mean what Scripture says they mean.

TRUST

God. The Father Almighty. Creator of Heaven and Earth

I AM WHO I AM

“I am god the father almighty, maker of gods to my whim.”

The Father Almighty. Maker/Creator of Heaven and Earth.

The Father Almighty

all the inhabitants of the earth are accounted as nothing, and he does according to his will among the host of heaven and among the inhabitants of the earth; and none can stay his hand or say to him, “What have you done?”

Why do you contend against him, saying, ‘He will answer none of man’s words’?

Words used for Creator

Psalm 139:7–12 (ESV)
Where shall I go from your Spirit? Or where shall I flee from your presence? If I ascend to heaven, you are there! If I make my bed in Sheol, you are there! If I take the wings of the morning and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there your hand shall lead me, and your right hand shall hold me. If I say, “Surely the darkness shall cover me, and the light about me be night,” even the darkness is not dark to you; the night is bright as the day, for darkness is as light with you.
