Living in the Kingdom Now

Kingdom: (βασιλεία, Greek): a term relating to royal administration
① the act of ruling
ⓐ kingship, royal power, royal rule
· God’s rule: the royal reign of God, and Authority
· territory ruled by a king, kingdom
Throughout the entire Old Testament, The Kingdom was always referred to people governed by a King. It only Means, Ruling, or Reigning
The gospel of Jesus is autobasilea, the kingdom himself.
Origen
Romans 14:17: For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking but of righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
Romans 14:17 CSB
for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.
· What is the Kingdom? The Bible states what it is right here.
· Righteousness: be in the right relationship with; right standing; Alignment
· Peace: Peace is a stress-free state of security and calmness; absence of hostility and violence; and free from persecution because of one's nationality, immigration status, race, or ethnicity; So,
· peace had inner dimensions but was not confined to the inner man, it is rooted in Christ
· Joy: the experience of gladness; and you yourselves became imitators of us and of the Lord when, in spite of severe persecution, you welcomed the message with joy from the Holy Spirit(1 Th 1:6)
1 Thessalonians 1:6 CSB
and you yourselves became imitators of us and of the Lord when, in spite of severe persecution, you welcomed the message with joy from the Holy Spirit.
· Holy Spirit: The manifestation of divine presence and power
· Holy: Set apart; spiritually perfect or pure; untainted by evil or sin
· Spirit: It is God, within a person, that Gives true life.
· The Kingdom is more important than what we may think is important for true life: Eating and drinking!
Philippians 2:13: for it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure.
· God works in you!
If it is God who works in you, God is always Present, However!!!!!!
If God is working in us, We have a Job to do also!
· Will of God
· For His good pleasure
· We have an obligation to carry out the Will of the Father.
· The will is so important that Jesus told us to carry on with the mission in Matthew 28:19.
· So how do we know that the Mission of Jesus is the Mission of the Father?!?!?
· Jesus said, I only do and say (John 12:49) what the Father says and do (John 5:19)
1 Corinthians 4:20: For the kingdom of God does not consist in talk but in power.
· Power!
· Holy Spirit (Dynamos) Dynamite power
Let the power in you be Priority over the talking. Let the manifestation of the Spirit within, come out so it will lead the flesh!
· Remember Philippians 2:13, God in You!
· We often talk about the Kingdom, but we do not know what it is.
Matthew 6:10: Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Jesus wants the people to ask for the full manifestation of the Kingdom on earth.
· The Kingdom is in you!
· God’s will shall be done, through you!
· On Earth, exactly how it is in Heaven!
· The earth should look exactly like Heaven!
To Pray, Your Kingdom come is Simultaneously asking God’s Royal Rule to be extended RIGHT NOW!
Luke 17:21: nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.”
The Pharisees asked Jesus when the Kingdom will come; they were looking for a Government official to take over.
Jesus made this statement, it is not coming, it is already here.
· The entire Kingdom of God is in you!
· Just as Jesus brought the Kingdom with Him, He re-ignited the Dynamos in man.
The Kingdom of God is greater than all of the governments of this world; And Greater than the Church!
