Well, good morning!
If you have a Bible, and I hope that you do, open it up with me to Isaiah chapter 43.
You’ve probably already noticed, we’re taking a break…for just a week… from our Genesis series. I’m doing something, this morning, that I very rarely do…and even when I do do this, we always look at one, isolated passage and we exegete through that passage. But listen, this morning…we’re gonna get as topical as we can possibly get. And I’m gonna do the very thing that I actually warn against…I’m gonna give you guys a couple of questions…I’ve picked the topics…and we’re gonna use the Bible to justify the answers to those questions.
And so listen, I really want my preaching team to be listening this morning…I want you guys to take notes…I want you to hold me accountable to the things I bring up because even though we’re topical this morning, it still has to be biblical…we still have to elevate the Word God…and we have to let it have the final say. Amen?
And so listen, this morning, if you haven’t already pieced the puzzle together…we’re gonna talk about the two things you’re never supposed to talk about at a dinner party…politics and religion. And yes, some of you…regardless of which side of the aisle you’re on…some of you might leave mad or maybe a little upset…because for whatever reason, it’s become the Christian idea that politics and religion just don’t belong together. And so we never talk about it…we never talk about the main issues our country faces. We kinda have this idea that we stay in our lane and the government’ll stay in theirs.
And so, you see my graphic behind me…you hear me talking this morning…and you’re like, “Okay, Pastor…why aren’t you staying in your lane then? It’s not your place to talk politics.”
Listen, if it were 20…30 years ago I probably would agree with you. But when the government stopped being about infrastructure…when it was no longer about national security…when they stopped teaching math and English and when they began to define things like human sexuality, gender…when they began to define things like marriage…these things moved from being political to being biblical. And so, understand that what we talk about this morning…its not politics at all…its all biblical matters…and in these things, there really isn’t any room for debate. I think the Word of God is sufficient in these matters.
And so with that, let’s just go ahead and jump right into it…let’s forget about dinner and let’s just ruin the party. Amen?
I have two questions for us this morning…Two questions I think covers just about everyone here in this room…questions I think push back on two big issues our different generations face when it comes to politics.
I’ll start with the younger generation first…that’s our millennials and younger…like me! The biggest problem facing my generation, when it comes to politics…its our motivation to vote or be involved in anything political. I just read that 49% of evangelical Christians are planning to actually vote this year…Most of that number, they’re millennials or younger. And listen, much of this younger generation, we might have an opinion on politics, but many of us, we’re just very passive when it comes to actually being involved in politics…we’ve separated the church and the state so much that we don’t exercise our right as American citizens. And listen, this isn’t necessarily true for unbelievers (actually I’d argue they’re more involved)…I’m talking mainly about believers. Many Christians within this generation, they’re becoming more and more reformed in their theology (which I think’s great) but the problem, it’s that they’re leaning so much into the sovereignty of God, that they see no need to vote anymore…or be involved anymore…Like He’s got it all under control anyways…which He does…but it’s missing the point.
And listen, again…this is my generation…I’ve been guilty of this in the past…I’m a millennial. Just two elections back, I didn’t vote because I thought I was voting on a person’s morality or something; and so I didn’t vote. I didn’t wanna vote on the lesser of two evils because it was still evil in my mind. I wrested with that, biblically as a young Christian.
And so, for this younger generation this morning, I wanna answer the question…is it biblical to vote? Like if Jesus were walking around in flesh…if He were an American citizen…would He vote? I think the Bible’s actually very clear on this topic.
But listen, for our older generation, those older than millennials…the greatest problem facing you guys…it’s nationalism. For many within this generation, its all about American pride…and what we’ve done, we’ve created an idol in our heart for America and in turn, it’s caused us to vote blindly for a party or place confidence in all the wrong things. Our nation, one day or another, it’ll fall…and our nation, in the end, it won’t save you. Yes, as a citizen of the United States, we should be grateful…And yes, we should have a certain amount of pride for our country…but I’d warn you…be careful, because pride, its the root of all evil. We see time and time again, throughout the Old Testament, what national pride does to Israel. It takes ‘em further from the presence of God…and it prevents them from doing the will of God.
Guys, I’ve had more questions, as a pastor, from the older generation about flags not being in the sanctuary or us not being involved in political movements…I’ve had more of those concerns than anything actually biblical. Some of us get so mad that we’re not doing things like ‘the March for Life’ campaign but then, on the flip side, there’s no concern that none of us show up to our monthly prayer meetings. Some us get so mad that the US flag isn’t on the stage but at the same time, we don’t care about bringing our Bibles to church. There’s such a strong sense of nationalism within the American church that I’m afraid it’s created some idols in our lives and its hindered us from doing the very will of God. Our nation motivates us to act…but the Word of God doesn’t…to the point where we’re more offended over wrongs against our nation versus wrongs against our God.
And so listen, for this generation…and quite frankly every generation…I wanna answer the question…how should I biblically vote? Like, if Jesus were voting, what would be His greatest concern in 21st century America?
And to kind of set up the guardrails for us this morning, I’m gonna use Isaiah 43:7 as our foundation.
And so, if you would, let’s stand together and read our passage. It says this:
Isaiah 43:7 (ESV)
everyone who is called by my name,
whom I created for my glory,
whom I formed and made.”
Thank you, you can be seated.
[Prayer]
Listen, real briefly…there’s a ton of context to that particular passage but what I want you to remember as we walk through these two different questions…whether you’re a believer or an unbeliever here this morning…you were called or you were created for the sole purpose of bringing God glory. God cares most about His glory…and He created us and He saved us with that purpose in mind.
And so listen, for believers here this morning…we have to remember who we are. We belong to God…we’ve been set apart for God…we’ve been given His heart…And so, first and foremost, we care about His glory.
And listen, when I say believers…I’m talking about people who acknowledge their sin nature…who understand that sin, it all leads to death. I’m talking about people who recognize Jesus as Lord…as the One who paid for the penalty of our sin…People who acknowledge their own inability to save themselves…and that salvation, its all a free gift from God. Believers are people not identified by themselves…they’re not identified by the country they live in…their identity, its rooted in Christ alone…And guys, their citizenship, it’s in the world yet to come.
And so, again…our two questions this morning…number 1, is it Biblical to vote? And number 2, how should I biblically vote?…Keep your place there in Isaiah…we’re gonna refer to that quite a bit as we look at some of these other passages, but with that…let’s jump into this first question?
I. Is it Biblical to Vote?
I. Is it Biblical to Vote?
Is it Biblical to Vote?
To help us answer this question…I wanna look at the three institutions the Bible says God created.
The first one, its’ the family.
In Genesis chapter 2, it says that God created man but that it wasn’t good for man to be alone. And so, God creates the woman…and in verse 24 it says, “Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.” We see the institution of the family, right?
And from that point on, we see God’s intentions for the structure within the family. We see it acted out all throughout the Old Testament…We see it in the New Testament, but specifically in Paul’s letter to the Ephesians, we get a better idea of what this family dynamic is supposed to look like.
Ephesians chapter 5, starting in verse 22, it says:
Ephesians 5:22–32 (ESV)
Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head of the church, his body, and is himself its Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit in everything to their husbands.
Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her, that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, so that he might present the church to himself in splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, that she might be holy and without blemish. In the same way husbands should love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as Christ does the church, because we are members of his body. “Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.” This mystery is profound, and I am saying that it refers to Christ and the church.
And so, there’s a lot we could talk about here…in fact, several years ago we took three weeks to walk through this passage…but the thing I want you to see…God’s intentions for the family structure here, it was for the man to lead his wife. He was to lead her in the same ways Christ leads the church. He was to care for her spiritually…physically, right? Paul says he’s to present his wife to God as pure, holy, without blemish…meaning, he sanctifies his wife. She’s closer to Jesus because she’s married him. I’ve said that before…But there’s a physical element to this as well. He’s to nourish her…provide for her…cherish her. He leads her and she’s submissive to his leadership, allowing him to lead…both of which are giving this great picture of Christ to a watching world…which in turn, brings glory to God.
Other passages like 1 Corinthians chapter 11, kind of confirms this same role between husbands and wives.
It says:
1 Corinthians 11:4–5 (ESV)
Every man who prays or prophesies with his head covered dishonors his head, but every wife who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered dishonors her head, since it is the same as if her head were shaven.
Guys, this passage, its been twisted and manipulated in so many ways…but heres what its talking about…its certainly not saying that women should wear head coverings in the church…its showing the headship of the male in the marriage relationship…and its showing his role to spiritually lead his wife. She shouldn’t pray or prophesies without her heading covering (which is her husband) because it might bring dishonor to him, whose responsibility it is to biblically lead her. This is another reason, I think the Bible’s very clear about the roles of pastors in the church. But a woman, a wife…she’s to be submissive to her head…just as Christ (whose equal to the father) is submissive to the father. It’s just a reflection…a picture of God to a lost world…and the only way to actually act this out, it’s to be transformed by the Holy Spirit, right? For me to lead as a man and not be passive, it actually takes transformation…and for me to submit as a woman, it takes transformation. Both things require me to think beyond myself.
And so, real quickly…what do you think happens when the man refuses to lead his family as God’s ordained? Genesis chapter 3…we just went through that last year…Adam was passive in his leadership, in his instruction of God’s Word…and what happened? Satan stepped in and he brought dysfunction to the family unit.
We just went through the Book of Revelation, we know that Satan’s goal…its to rob God of His glory. And guys, the way he does that…its to break up the different institutions that God’s created…I mean, wouldn’t you say the example of Lot in the cave with his two daughter is an example of that? We saw that just two weeks ago.
And so, the first institution we see, its the family…But the second one the Bible shows us, its the church. And much like the family, God designed it with a specific structure in mind. He created the offices of pastor and deacon. Pastors are to spiritually care for the flock as under-shepherds…and deacons, they’re to care for the flock as physical caretakers…servants of the flock. We see this laid out first in Acts chapter 6 and then we see it confirmed in the different churches that Paul sets up during his missionary journeys throughout the Roman Empire…we also see it confirmed throughout the Pastoral Epistles in the qualifications he lays out.
But check this out, in Hebrews chapter 13, verse 17, it says this:
Hebrews 13:17 (ESV)
Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they are keeping watch over your souls, as those who will have to give an account. Let them do this with joy and not with groaning, for that would be of no advantage to you.
And so, we see those words obey and submit again…of course concerning elders, or overseers, pastors (its all speaking about the same thing)…and of course, we believe, just like the family unit is structured, we believe that men lead in the church, right?
And so, let me ask you this…if we know that Satan’s gonna step in and create dysfunction when the man’s passive in his leadership of his family…what do you think’s gonna happen when pastors or when men in general are passive in their leadership of the church? Satan’s gonna do the same thing, right? I mean we just saw that with the different churches that are listed in Revelation 2 and 3.
And so, if the elders of FBC (which is why it’s so important that we establish elders) and if we as men here at FBC don’t rise up and lead, what’ll happen?…Satan will! And in that process, he’ll bring dysfunction to our body. And the reason for that…its because he wants to rob God of His glory. We’re His body…He’s our head…and together, functioning biblically, we bring God glory!
And listen, you could argue, theologically…the family and the church…they’re both, in their own ways, they’re both images of God, right?
And so, we see the first two institutions…but what’s the third institution we see God create in Scripture?
Romans 13:1 (ESV)
Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God.
And so listen, the third institution we see in Scripture, its government. Just read that passage again. “Of those [governments] that exist, they’ve been instituted [or they’ve been created] by who?…God!”
And so let’s just kind of hone in to us for just a moment. There’s all kinds of governments in our world today…there’s been all kinds of government throughout history: from monarchies…to dictatorships…to democracies…but what kind of government leads the United States? (And I promise all of this is coming to a point!) What kind of government leads us? Do you remember from grade school? I think that’s part of the problem in our nation today…most of us don’t even know our constitution. But listen, I know a lot of us, we’d say we live in a democracy, right?…but that’s not actually true. We’re a constitutional republic. And in a constitutional republic, the people are actually the leaders. That’s why the United States Constitution, it begins with: “We the people of the United States,” right?
And listen, every government’s different…every government and every citizen of that government, they have different responsibilities and authority. But remember that God’s sovereign in these matters. Remember what Paul wrote in Romans…governments, all of ‘em exist because God’s instituted ‘em, right? He’s sovereign.
And so, in America, the structure of our nation, the people, they’re called to lead. (We put different people in office. We hold different leaders accountable. We decide what polices we want or don’t want.) And so, going back to the family and the church for just a moment, what happens when its leaders don’t lead? Satan steps in, right? He brings dysfunction and he attempts to remove the worship of God in those different institutions by tarnishing the image of God.
And so guys, I think you know where I’m going with this…but what’s gonna happen if Bible believing Christians don’t step up and lead in our country today? Satan’s gonna step in and unbelievers, ungodly people will lead this third God ordained institution in our place.
And so, is it biblical to vote? Would Jesus, if He were an American citizen, would He vote today? I think…because of His love for the Father…I think because of His desire to see Him glorified…the answer is yes.
We see in Scripture that Jesus, He is the perfect husband to His bride, right? The first institution. We see in Scripture, that He is the perfect Shepherd to His flock. The second institution. And so, why would wouldn’t He be a perfect leader in His God ordained country of origin? In fact, we don’t have the time this morning, but we see Him do these kinds of things things as a Jew in the Israelite community.
And so, should we vote as Christians today? I would go as far as to say that’s its sinful to not exercise this right God’s graciously given us. You’re basically handing this institution…an institution like the first two that were meant to bring God glory…you’re basically handing it over to Satan by not stepping up and exercising the authority God’s given you! And so, yes! I think the Bible’s very clear about this…We as Christians are mandated to vote because we understand we were created and called for God’s glory and because we acknowledge that our government was created and formed for God’s glory. And so, as believers, we wanna be biblically involved in whatever institution God’s setup and we wanna actively take part in those institutions in such a way that shows we care about God’s glory…whether that’s the family…the church…or whether that’s the government God’s sovereignly placed us in. Again Isaiah 43:7!
And so, should we vote? YES!
II. How Should I Biblically Vote?
II. How Should I Biblically Vote?
But point number 2…with all that in mind…how should we be involved as Christians today, how should we be involved when there’s so many issues to consider? How should we biblically vote? Like, what would Jesus’s greatest concern or greatest motivation be in this 2024 election?
I wanna bring it back to the greatest command for just a moment…This is Jesus’s greatest concern.
Matthew 22:37–40 (ESV)
And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.”
Basically, love God…love others, right? That’s Jesus’s greatest concern…Literally when asked how to live or what to care about…Jesus’s response, “Love God, love others!”
And so, loving God…that makes a lot of sense to us, right? We do that by caring about God’s glory…doing things that bring Him glory. But what about loving people…how do we love people? We certainly don’t wanna bring them glory.
Listen, I think when it comes to loving people…we have to remember, it’s still about God and His glory.
Let’s take the 10 commandments for example. I was gonna read it all, but we just don’t have the time this morning. I encourage you to go back and just read Exodus chapter 20. But if you know anything about the 10 commandments…the first four, they’re all about us loving God, right? The last six, those are about loving our neighbors. And so, Jesus, when giving the greatest command (love God, love your neighbor) He very tactfully gave all 10 commandments, right?
But listen, here’s the one I really wanna focus on for just a moment…its the second commandment. Don’t make for ourselves, any images. Don’t make images of God…don’t bow to those images…because He says in verse 5, “[You don’t] serve them…I am the Lord YOUR God!”
Listen, when we think about images…we think about things like the golden calf or the statue on the plains of Dura in Daniel chapter 3. I’d even argue pictures of Jesus or statues fall into this commandment today. But listen, when we think about those types of images, its these idols that come to mind, right? But have you ever stopped and wondered why God commanded that? Like, why wouldn’t He want us to create an image of Himself and then worship it?
I think the answer’s pretty clear and it goes all the way back to Genesis chapter 1.
Genesis 1:26 (ESV)
Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness.
God’s already created the perfect image of Himself…He did that in man. Now, hear me out…I’m not suggesting man is somehow like God…I’m not saying we’re equal to God…we’re simply an image of God…a reflection, right? But pay attention to God’s words back in Exodus 20:5:
Exodus 20:5 (ESV)
[“Don’t create images”, He says.] You shall not bow down to them or serve them, for I the Lord your God am a jealous God.
Meaning, the image being created, its not just an image of God…but pay attention, its also a vessel of worship. Us being made in the image of God…it makes us, likewise, a vessel of worship that’s all meant to bring God glory in the end.
Remember Isaiah 43:7:
Isaiah 43:7 (ESV)
everyone who is called by my name,
whom I created for my glory,
whom I formed and made.”
Everyone made in the image of God, they were created or they were saved to bring God glory.
And so, loving your neighbor, it means elevating them because of the image they were created in…every human being, at the moment of conception (I’d argue, at the foundations of the world)…God gave them worth and dignity by creating them in His image…and for us, it means we love our neighbor by elevating and preserving that image. And in turn, I hope you’re seeing this…it all comes back to loving God because His image, it brings Him glory.
And so listen, there’s all kinds of issues in our nation today…immigration, unemployment, inflation, crime, infrastructure, student loan debt, right? There’s all kinds of issues…and so, as Christians…what should unite us and be our primary focus? Because we’re certainly not gonna come together on all these different things. I mean we can’t even agree on minor issues within the church. What issues should drive our vote?
Love God…love your neighbor. Care about God’s glory by preserving His image in our world today. We may not come together on everything else…but as believers, people set apart by the Holy Spirit, there’s no excuse for us not to care about the image of God. That is the primary issue in our nation today and that will always be the primary issue in every other election we vote in. We care about the image of God because we care about the worship of God. And we vote for candidates that give us the best ability to preserve that image so that we can continue to worship God as He deserves. Amen?
And so, what’s that look like in our current context? How do we preserve the image of God from a national level?
Guys listen, It comes down to gender, marriage, and justice. Those are the things, right now, that are degrading the image of God. And as Christians, we’re against things that either compromise, or tarnish…that minimize this image.
Let me start with gender. The Bible tells us that God created us male and female, right? And that in Psalm 139, we were known by God before we were ever born and that He created us perfectly. Verse 13 and 14 says:
Psalm 139:13–14 (ESV)
For you formed my inward parts;
you knitted me together in my mother’s womb.
I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
Wonderful are your works;
my soul knows it very well.
It says God formed me…and it says that His work it was remarkable…it was wondrous…in other words, it was perfect. He didn’t make a mistake. I was made a male because that was His desire and His desire was good. Attach this concept to Genesis 1:26 and what we have, its that our gender, its associated to this idea of God’s image. Part of being made in the image of God, it’s to acknowledge our Creator. Again, our creation…His image…it was created to bring Him glory (Isaiah 43:7) and we are His vessels of worship.
And so, if Bible believing Christians forsake their responsibility to lead in this country, Satan will…and in his attempts to rob God of His glory…he’ll attack God’s very image…us, right? It’s not man’s place to decide what gender or sexuality they wish to be…it’s God’s. And as Christians, when it comes to voting, we have to look at which party or which platform best preserves human sexuality.
The same goes for marriage. Not only is marriage reserved for one man and one woman…but also we have to preserve the sanctity of marriage. It shouldn’t be easy to divorce after we’ve made that kind of commitment…And also, it’s not the government’s place to tell us who and who can’t be joined together in holy matrimony. That responsibility belongs to the church…and listen, it’s my burden as a pastor, to ordain that marriage in a godly way. Again, we just talked about the institution of the family and marriage…its a reflection of Christ and His bride. And so, how we value marriage as Christians, determines what those around us think about the gospel. And so again, we vote for whichever party gives us the best opportunity to preserve marriage…because referring back to Genesis 1…when man and woman come together…when they’re fruitful and when they multiply…not only are they themselves, as individuals, made in the image of God…but now as a family unit…they reflect the image of the Triune God.
Individual gender is important when it comes to the image of God…And marriage is important when it comes to the image of God…because without either, the image isn’t complete and God isn’t glorified. The image is only complete when we’re living together in godly community as the people God created us to be. When any of that’s broken, God’s vessels of worship are tarnished…and God’s glory is minimized. That’s Satan’s goal!
And then lastly, in our nation today, we care about justice. And listen, this can encompass quite a bit, right? From how we treat people…to the worth we place on people…but listen, this is the one that I really want us to focus on. It’s those in our nation today that are helpless. It’s the millions of babies a year that are being murdered so that other human beings can worship themselves. And that’s what it’s about, guys! It’s not about choice. Rape incidents or medical situations, those statistics don’t lead to our problem. The babies being aborted every single year, its solely because there’s no longer any value for human life. It’s become more about me and what I think is best for my life, regardless of how it impacts anyone else.
Guys, I don’t care what side of the aisle you’re on…I don’t care what party your mom or dad voted for…I don’t care how you grew up. I don’t care about any of that stuff because Jesus was supposed to change everything about you. And this isn’t about being Republican or Democrat…this is about being a follower of Jesus. All the other issues we face in our country they’re important, I don’t wanna minimize ‘em (immigration, infrastructure, national debt, health care…all that stuff’s important) and not everyone in this room is gonna fall into the same place in each of those things. That’s okay…but guys, we’re citizens of God’s kingdom. And as citizens of this kingdom we care about God’s glory…and therefore, we care about what brings God’s glory which is His image. That’s the only thing that should motivate us today…that’s the only thing that should motivate our decision.
Guys, when God’s image is preserved, truth can be proclaimed and God can be worshiped as He deserves. But understand this, when it’s not…when we make the problems about everything else…when we let those non trivial things motivate us and determine our vote…truth’s diminished and man’s worshiped in God’s place. That’s where Satan wants us.
And so, how should we vote? How would Jesus vote?
We vote in such a way that elevates the image of God because we care about the glory of God. Don’t be a tool for Satan…and don’t pretend that the other issues are more important. You’re not voting on a person’s morality…you’re certainly not voting on that person’s righteousness…neither of these candidates are gonna save our country or somehow be our Savior…vote based on the image of God…vote based on what party and which candidate give us the best ability to preserve that image. If you make this election or any other election about anything else…there’s repentance that needs to happen in your life and there’s some heart searching you need to do. This isn’t about the nation’s glory…its certainly not about your glory…its all about Jesus’s glory. And that’s the real thing being attacked here. Care about the glory of God.
And listen, no matter what happens, trust in the sovereignty of God.
Closing
Closing
Every head bowed and every eye closed.
Guys, I hope you understand just how important this election is. You, as a Christian, should absolutely be involved…and guys, you as a Christian, should vote in such a way that elevates and preserves the image of God. There isn’t any other way…there isn’t any other things to think about. Care about the glory of God and put your opinions and personal beliefs aside.
Guys, if you’re a believer here this morning, understand the great gift that God’s given you in creating you in His image…and guys, understand the great gift He gave you in giving you new life. As a result of this new creation, you make everything about God’s glory because you see you for who you were and you see Him for who He is. Guys, quit making this election about your opinions on a person or your habits in voting a particular way…quit making all these other issues the most important thing…Start acting like you’ve been given new life, and start showing just how much you value God and everything He’s done in your life. Why you vote and how you vote, it demonstrates Jesus’s work in your life. Use your vote for God’s glory.
And so guys, I just want you to seek God for just a moment. Maybe you were thinking about not voting…repent from that and ask Him for wisdom in who you should vote for. Or listen, maybe…you were thinking about voting for a party that’s running on a platform that diminishes God’s image…a platform that removes the sanctity of life or marriage or gender. Again, repent from that and seek wisdom.
But listen, if you’re unbeliever here this morning. I wanna go back to Isaiah 43:7 for just a moment. Understand that you were created for God’s glory…and Psalm 139 says God knew you before the foundation of the world…it says He created you perfectly. He desires a relationship with you. But guys, for us to have a relationship…we have to acknowledge our sin nature…acknowledge that sin, it all leads to death. And that on our own, there’s nothing we can do to save ourselves from that outcome…We have to understand that Jesus is God, that He came to us in the form of a man, and understand that He died for our sins…We have to realize that salvation, its all a free gift. Maybe even now you’re feeling that drawing in your own heart…Guys, if that’s you, turn to Him…place your belief in Jesus as Lord, and you will be saved. It’s that simple.
And so listen, whatever it is, you take this time and I’ll close us in just a moment.
[Prayer]
