Brothers, if someone is caught in a sin, you who are spiritual should restore him gently. But watch yourself, or you also may be tempted.
Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.
If anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing, he deceives himself.
Each one should test his own actions. Then he can take pride in himself, without comparing himself to somebody else,
for each one should carry his own load.
Anyone who receives instruction in the word must share all good things with his instructor.
Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.
The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.
Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.
Election season is the worst season, for me! It’s not the worse just because I don’t like politics—which I don’t. It is the worse because my entertainment during this season is to watch sports. Unfortunately, Every live telecast of any sport we watch has a million and one political ads. Most of the ads are what is considered to be a “negative ad”—that means that a group of people pay big money to run a 30-60 second ad to tell the viewer how awful the other person. Rarely do you hear actual policies and plans—when we do hear those, most are lies. Politicians lie to get votes. Another reason I don’t like election season is because they send out a million and one emails and text messages to ask for money. Many, I suppose, answer those messages with a small gift. When I get those messages sometimes I reply, “just send me a tenth of what you receive and my life will be transformed.” So, those who sow or give to these politicians are in essence sowing into that ground and expect God to bring a good harvest. Let’s talk about Reaping the Harvest—Let’s “Reap the Harvest.”

Ephesians 4:11–16 “11 It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, 12 to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. 14 Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming. 15 Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is, Christ. 16 From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.”
