There are three points made in our passages: the Father has already chosen you individually. Your yes is a response to his choice. Second, our Father already views you as children, not slaves. Third, our Father has variegated ways of blessing you, e.g. for what you suffer longing for the kingdom and for how you mirror him in this world. Meditate on these and rejoice in what you already are and what will be revealed in you when you come before the throne.

Marked for Blessedness
Outline
There are three points made in our readings
First, our Father has chosen you
Like Mary we can say no, but he knows that choice already, has marked you individually, and has given you a place in the worshipping throng before him.
Second, our Father already views you as children
Third, our Father has variegated ways of blessing you
Some blessings come from what you suffer in a world gone bad, some from how you mirror him in that same world gone bad. Each has a blessing that may not feel like a blessing now but which fits them.
So meditate on these passages and rejoice in what you are already and what will be revealed in you when you come before the throne.
