Something that is difficult or impossible to understand or explain
A religious belief based on divine revelation, especially one regarded as beyond human understanding.
These are the realities/truths kept in God and away from men until the right time.

Dominion of God: To the Lord, our God belong heaven and the heaven of heaven, the Earth with all that is in it in. (Deuteronomy 10:14).
Revelation: and to our children forever that we may do all the words of this law. (Deuteronomy 29:29).
Stewardship of mysteries: Only God reveals to men the mysteries (especially Apostle and Prophet, these are stewards of God’s mysteries - 1 Corinthians 4:1). (Ephesians 3:3, Daniel 2:29, Roman 16:25, 1 Corinthians 4:1).
Importance of understanding: Understanding the mysteries is important(1 Corinthians 13:2).

God makes a revelation of mysteries available to clarify what God‘s plan and purpose is for His people. (Daniel 2:30) Also to clarify or give meaning to the thoughts of men. (Daniel 2:29) This may mean that God put thoughts in man whom he chose for a purpose. (Daniel 2:28)
Visions may be employed by God to reveal mysteries. (Daniel 2:19) After God of heaven gave a puzzle, parable, dream or mystery to a man the response proper is to seek messy from God of heaven.
