Hebrews 10:25 encourages believers to not forsake gathering together. Just like a flock of geese flying in a V-formation; each bird benefits from the uplift of the one in front of them, creating a better journey together. When we meet, we create a support system, not only encouraging one another but also making our collective journey a lot easier and more enjoyable!

It is interesting to note that the emphasis here is not on what a believer gets from the assembly, but rather on what he can contribute to the assembly. Faithfulness in church attendance encourages others and provokes them to love and good works.

My experience in the ministry has taught me that those who are least regular in their attendance are the ones who are most troubled by problems and perplexities. There is something in the atmosphere of God’s house.
