Fear of failure can lead to avoidance of new opportunities in all aspects of life. Co
In the early 1900s, a young inventor named Thomas Edison faced countless failures. After over a thousand attempts to create the light bulb, he famously said, 'I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.' His perseverance in the face of failure transformed the world while teaching us that each setback is an opportunity to learn and grow.
unter this instinct by adopting a ‘trial mindset.’ Identify one area of your life where this fear is holding you back. For example, if you’ve been hesitant to apply for a new job, set a timeline within which you will submit at least three applications. Frame every application or interview not as a do-or-die situation, but as a valuable chance to learn about your career aspirations. By actively stepping out of your comfort zone, you will gradually desensitize yourself to the fear of failure.
