Opening Framework

Scripture Acts 8:1–4 / Acts: 9:1-2 Message Title: God of the gap Prayer Transition Statement

Me: Story about our apartment before we moved here.

Mold issue. I was in the process of interviewing. After Wenatchee we slept in the living room floor with windows open

We: We all go through disruption…

Is the disruption we go through, actually where God’s moving the most?
God: The early church moved most in the gaps of situations - Acts 8:1-4 - (Stephen’s Stoning) The church has a low moment - Acts 9:3-6 - (Paul’s Conversion) The church has this high moment - But it’s in the middle where God was moving - The church spreading all over the place - Phillip being used miraculously - Simon a sorcerer getting saved - The gospel going to Ethiopia
**Scattered - Diaspeiro - Literally means to scatter seed.

You: You realize that God is working in your waiting, your struggles, and even your unknown.

We: We become a place where God’s purpose is undeniable
