7 Hours and 3 Minutes a Day

Gen Z averages 9 hours a day

Data from a survey of 2000+ US Adults showed that less than 50% of the time spent on screens is believed to be productive.

“We don't want to be in a moral panic because kids are staring at smartphones. We need to be asking, what’s happening when they’re staring at their smartphone in terms of their cognitive, social, and emotional development?
