Jesus did Many Miracles | One a blind man | Jesus touched him and it says;
And he looked up and said, “I see people, but they look like trees, walking.”
I wonder how many of us are like this man today | Touched by Jesus | But still can’t see.

Marriage and Divorce - Let’s SEE what Jesus says
And Pharisees came up to him and tested him by asking, “Is it lawful to divorce one’s wife for any cause?”
Pharisees came | Interupted |Trying to trick | Remember = didn’t SEE Jesus as Messiah - just a threat.
He answered, “Have you not read that he who created them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, ‘Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.”
Have you not read? Did you not see? What God’s design was?
Pharisees said - Why Moses allow divorce then?
They are quoting deuteronomy -
“When a man takes a wife and marries her, if then she finds no favor in his eyes because he has found some indecency in her, and he writes her a certificate of divorce and puts it in her hand and sends her out of his house, and she departs out of his house,
First sentence - Favor in his eyes - Nuance | People getting divorced for anything | Burning meal | Putting on weight - Anything.
More in rome than Jews.
This how Legalism works | See Law | Miss heart | Add our interpretation.
He said to them, “Because of your hardness of heart Moses allowed you to divorce your wives, but from the beginning it was not so.
Allowed = Epitrepo = Not Sanction or Command.
This was to free women.
Dog barking at door - I let it out - I’ve allowed it, not commanded.
Garden = Perfect.
Fall = Imperfect.
If divorced - Grace, Love for you - Please hear me - Jesus is addressing injustice.
In their need to be right - They could not see the heart of God.
What God made special, Man diminished.
Then someone saw it;
The disciples said to him, “If such is the case of a man with his wife, it is better not to marry.”
Hang on - Being Married = big call.
But he said to them, “Not everyone can receive this saying, but only those to whom it is given. For there are eunuchs who have been so from birth, and there are eunuchs who have been made eunuchs by men, and there are eunuchs who have made themselves eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. Let the one who is able to receive this receive it.”
Here - Jesus confirms, Marriage and Singleness - Both callings from God.
Don’t miss the heart of God for the lure of legalism

And behold, a man came up to him, saying, “Teacher, what good deed must I do to have eternal life?” And he said to him, “Why do you ask me about what is good? There is only one who is good. If you would enter life, keep the commandments.”
Often used to teach about wealth | Point is in question;

Another time - Lawyer came - Test Jesus;
And behold, a lawyer stood up to put him to the test, saying, “Teacher, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?” He said to him, “What is written in the Law? How do you read it?”
Jesus says again - Impossible to save yourself - He could not see it.
One more;
Being asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, he answered them, “The kingdom of God is not coming in ways that can be observed, nor will they say, ‘Look, here it is!’ or ‘There!’ for behold, the kingdom of God is in the midst of you.”
King - of the Kingdom Here | Standing right in front of you | But their eyes shut.
They didn’t want Kingdom - Wanted Their Kingdom.
Then explains to Disciples;
And he said to the disciples, “The days are coming when you will desire to see one of the days of the Son of Man, and you will not see it.
For as the lightning flashes and lights up the sky from one side to the other, so will the Son of Man be in his day. But first he must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation.
Just as it was in the days of Noah, so will it be in the days of the Son of Man.
In these days (our days) - People be blinded.
Society and God’s kingdom Mashed.
May we see - Kingdom of God is here - Jesus is in midst of His Church - Right now.
Then I turned to see the voice that was speaking to me, and on turning I saw seven golden lampstands, and in the midst of the lampstands one like a son of man, clothed with a long robe and with a golden sash around his chest.

Here is the question;
Are we making decisions about our relationships in light of the revelation that we are the bride of Christ Jesus died for?
You know famous scripture - Truth, way life - Just before it says;
“Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you?
And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also.

Marriage Suppah - Horn sounds - Take her away.
Jesus coming back for His Bride - The Church.
Let us rejoice and exult and give him the glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and his Bride has made herself ready;
What do we need to do?
Lay down worldly expectations of relationships
Have a deep desire of submission to the King
Yearn for new sight to see, and ears to hear
Show us Lord - You are in the Midst - We are your Bride and OUR relationships Matter.

Jesus wanted truth of heart.
Maybe - Long time ago - Touch from Jesus - But haven’t had one for a while.
heart grown hard and cold.
God is gracious when we come to Him.
Then Jesus laid his hands on his eyes again; and he opened his eyes, his sight was restored, and he saw everything clearly.
Are you walking around seeing trees?
Jesus wants your messy heart - He wants to transform it.
You need to bring it to HIM!

Lord give me eyes to see your heart and the courage to be your disciple.
