There was once and individual who was arrested for a crime he swore he did not commit. He was placed in jail and forced to go through all the legal processes. He was brought before the judge several times yet still did not understand the charges or understand his guilt. Then came the trial, nervous

God has called all who have heard, seen, and been equipped to be His witnesses.

Isaiah 42:18–19 “18 “Listen, you deaf! Look, you blind, so that you may see. 19 Who is blind but my servant, or deaf like my messenger I am sending? Who is blind like my dedicated one, or blind like the servant of the Lord?”
Proverbs 20:12 “12 The hearing ear and the seeing eye— the Lord made them both.
Matthew 13:14–16 “14 Isaiah’s prophecy is fulfilled in them, which says: You will listen and listen, but never understand; you will look and look, but never perceive. 15 For this people’s heart has grown callous; their ears are hard of hearing, and they have shut their eyes; otherwise they might see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their hearts, and turn back— and I would heal them. 16 “Blessed are your eyes because they do see, and your ears because they do hear.”
Isaiah 42:18–19 “18 “Listen, you deaf! Look, you blind, so that you may see. 19 Who is blind but my servant, or deaf like my messenger I am sending? Who is blind like my dedicated one, or blind like the servant of the Lord?”

Indeed, do something good or bad, then we will be in awe when we see it.”

God has revealed in His Word that there must be More than One Witness

Deuteronomy 17:6 “6 The one condemned to die is to be executed on the testimony of two or three witnesses. No one is to be executed on the testimony of a single witness.”
Deuteronomy 19:15 “15 “One witness cannot establish any iniquity or sin against a person, whatever that person has done. A fact must be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.”
Matthew 18:16 “16 But if he won’t listen, take one or two others with you, so that by the testimony of two or three witnesses every fact may be established.”
2 Corinthians 13:1 “1 This is the third time I am coming to you. Every matter must be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.”
1 Timothy 5:19 “19 Don’t accept an accusation against an elder unless it is supported by two or three witnesses.”
Hebrews 10:28 “28 Anyone who disregarded the law of Moses died without mercy, based on the testimony of two or three witnesses.”
Trinity to Testify
New Testament IVa: John 1–10 Two or Three Witnesses Intimates the Trinity

TWO OR THREE WITNESSES INTIMATES THE TRINITY. AUGUSTINE: It is a huge question, my brothers, and to me it certainly appears to be a mystery when God says, “In the mouth of two or three witnesses, let every word be established.” … It is possible, however, that two witnesses may lie. The chaste Susannah was arraigned by two false witnesses.… The whole people spoke against Christ falsely.… How then must we understand the word “By the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established,” except as an intimation of the mystery of the Trinity in which there is a perpetual stability of truth? Do you wish to have a good cause? Have two or three witness: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.… Receive our testimony then [the Trinity says], otherwise you will feel our judgment.… I delay my judgment, [Jesus says]. I do not delay my testimony.

44 He told them, “These are my words that I spoke to you while I was still with you—that everything written about me in the Law of Moses, the Prophets, and the Psalms must be fulfilled.” 45 Then he opened their minds to understand the Scriptures. 46 He also said to them, “This is what is written: The Messiah will suffer and rise from the dead the third day, 47 and repentance for forgiveness of sins will be proclaimed in his name to all the nations, beginning at Jerusalem. 48 You are witnesses of these things. 49 And look, I am sending you what my Father promised. As for you, stay in the city until you are empowered, from on high.”
