You can stand on His Word

Psalm 138:1–3 (KJV (WS)): 1 I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee. 2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name. 3 In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.
You can stand on His Word
The only thing that God is held accountable to is His Word, and you can stand on His Word. There is no flaw in His Word and His promises are everlasting thru eternity. 2 Corinthians 1:20–22 (MSG): Whatever God has promised gets stamped with the Yes of Jesus. In him, this is what we preach and pray, the great Amen, God’s Yes and our Yes together, gloriously evident. God affirms us, making us a sure thing in Christ, putting his Yes within us. By his Spirit he has stamped us with his eternal pledge—a sure beginning of what he is destined to complete. All our justification sanctification and glorification is found in Jesus. We can’t be perfect strong or over-comers by ourselves, and when we preach perfection instead of empowerment we handicap instead of heal.
I got three points I would like to get to Saved Sanctified and Secured. Saved Sanctified and Secured.
Charles Darwin is thought to be the father of evolution. In his theory of natural selection he outlines the belief that creatures evolve over time in order to survive: thru natural selection only the strong survive. Considered a revolutionary in the field of science: his theory said there was nothing special about man, and he had no special creation. I believe he called himself an agnostic. He stands tall amongst intellectuals and against any notion of God; or at least the notion that God can be known. I believe that his theory is not a scientific theory, but a lesson in faith. Let it be submitted that no man with good sense, or half a mind, would believe that a single celled ameba one day decided it wanted to be a fish. Then another decided it wanted to be a land faring creature, and so forth and so on. Solomon in his wisdom writings around 18:2 said “Fools have no interest in understanding; they only want to air their own opinions.” Since you’re asking me what I think. I believe that it takes more faith to believe his theory: than it takes to believe the creative design of the seen world. The Psalmist wrote in Psalm 19:1 “The heavens proclaim the glory of God. The skies display his craftsmanship.”
Scientist even sent a satellite into the heavens to measure and map the cosmic microwave background. From 1989 to 1993 explorer 66, or the COBE satellite as it was called, was in orbit to try to get a better understanding of the universe. Explorer 66 ended the debate of a steady state or the theory that the universe had always existed. The information gave credence to the fact that we as believers know there was a creation. Since the natural man is at enmity with God, they won’t give God His glory; they will simply call it a big bang. My brothers and my sisters if there was a big bang ask them who pulled the trigger.
Then just last year I read an article that stated a group of scientists had been studying the earths water since 2014, and determined its age. The findings brought me to laughter, as I wondered how much did they pay them for that? The conclusion they came to was that most, not all-of but most of, the water on earth was older than the sun. I could have just told them to read the first three verses of Genesis. Genesis 1:1–3 “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.* The earth was formless and empty, and darkness covered the deep waters. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters. Then God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.” I can even tell you where the new waters come from for free. Genesis 7:11 “When Noah was 600 years old, on the seventeenth day of the second month, all the underground waters erupted from the earth, and the rain fell in mighty torrents from the sky.” King James Version says, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened.
I’m just trying to establish that you can stand on Gods word. The wisdom of man is still foolishness to God, and Gods foolishness is wiser than any of man’s wisdom.Paul wrote in his letter to the church at Corinth that it pleased God that by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe. There are some that would have you to believe that man wrote the Bible; or that the Bible is not reliable, because of its many translations they will say it has been changed. Dr. Voddie Bauchman said it best “ it is a reliable collection of historical writings written by eyewitnesses during the lifetimes of other eye witnesses. The encapsulation of the Word from God rest resides and abides firmly within these passages of scripture. 2 Peter 1:20–21 (KJV (WS)): Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.
Put it this way if it isnt Gospel it’s gossip, but either way everybody has something they want to say, and they can’t keep it to themselves. You know you ain’t hear that from me. Now when it pertains to the word of God it was authored by Him starring Jesus and edited by the Holy Ghost. You can stand on the word.
The first 10 commandments handed down from God were written by His very own hand. Exodus 31:18 “When the Lord finished speaking with Moses on Mount Sinai, he gave him the two stone tablets inscribed with the terms of the covenant,* written by the finger of God.”
Now wouldn’t you know before Moses could finish his conversation with God, the stiff necked children of God had already messed up. The way Moses responds to this situation is written to show us why you don’t need popular friends, or friends with money, but you need God fearing kind of friends like Moe3 would say that will protect your name when your not around, and they won’t let them talk about you. When you read Exodus 32: 11-12 you are able to see why God spoke to Moses as one speaks to a friend. Moses was concerned about what would be said about God, and in verses 13 and 14 he stood on Gods very Word to remind Him that He was a promise keeper. It might not make you shout but I sure hope it makes you better. You can stand on His Word.
To stand on Bible would be to stand on the ideology of the Pharisee to stand on the ideological concepts of the Sadducees to stand on Bible would be to stand on the yeast of them we warned about see Matthew 16:6 Mark 8:15 Luke 12:1 just in case you need a frame of reference. To stand on Bible would be to stand on your opinion and feelings: all the while using your little black book of magic to validate your words, and or actions.
There was one man that had the rubber stamp of Gods approval David
when people overlook you stay faithful and keep yourself humble because God will reward you publicly for your humble service David’s anointing when people minimize you and your accomplishments God will elevate you in their presence Goliath 3 points saved sanctified and secured Jellyroll said in a song I’m a lost cause baby don’t waste your time on me. I’m so broken beyond repair life has shattered all my hopes and my dreams. He like all of us was a dead man walking, and a dead man can’t save himself. By his power He saved us, and Psalm 138:1 (KJV (WS)): 1 I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.
Psalm 138:2 (KJV (WS)): 2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name. 2 Samuel 1:14 ““Why were you not afraid to kill the Lord’s anointed one?” David asked.” Moe3 said everybody ain’t real everybody ain’t yo patna but if I say I got ya then I got ya and when you not around I’ll protect yo name and won’t let them talk about you 2 Samuel 1:15–16 “Then David said to one of his men, “Kill him!” So the man thrust his sword into the Amalekite and killed him. “You have condemned yourself,” David said, “for you yourself confessed that you killed the Lord’s anointed one.””

1 Thessalonians 5:9–11 “For God chose to save us through our Lord Jesus Christ, not to pour out his anger on us. Christ died for us so that, whether we are dead or alive when he returns, we can live with him forever. So encourage each other and build each other up, just as you are already doing.”
You give for photo ops or fish for comments Isaiah 64:6 “We are all infected and impure with sin. When we display our righteous deeds, they are nothing but filthy rags. Like autumn leaves, we wither and fall, and our sins sweep us away like the wind.”
Matthew 6:3–4 “But when you give to someone in need, don’t let your left hand know what your right hand is doing. Give your gifts in private, and your Father, who sees everything, will reward you.”
Luke 10:17 “When the seventy-two disciples returned, they joyfully reported to him, “Lord, even the demons obey us when we use your name!”” James 2:19 “You say you have faith, for you believe that there is one God.* Good for you! Even the demons believe this, and they tremble in terror.”
Philippians 2:9–11 “Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”
KJV Jeremiah 23:21 (KJV (WS)): 21 I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran: I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied.
The New Living Translation says it like this I have not sent these prophets, yet they run around claiming to speak for me. I have given them no message, yet they go on prophesying.” I’m just saying you can be schooled in hermeneutics and homiletics; a gifted and anointed speaker, and still out here telling lies on God. I stand on Bible.
that Word that became flesh didn’t become flesh for punishment didn’t become flesh for retribution, but rather for redemption. To save sinful man from His wrath. I mean God came to save man from God’s wrath. My brothers and sisters picture in your minds eye God offering Himself to Himself as a ransom payment for crimes committed against Him. God Almighty! Who wouldn’t serve a God like that? Yet in the infinite wisdom of His omniscience He gave a foolish creation free will. That is the freedom to accept Him or reject Him; the freedom to love and embrace Him or the freedom to ridicule Him and follow false gods. Come let us reason together
Ephesians 1:14 (KJV (WS)): Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
