Matthew 11:28: "Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
Psalm 46:1: "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."
Point 1: God Made You and Knows You
Emphasize that each individual is uniquely created by God and is deeply known by Him.
Reference: Psalm 139:13-14 - "For You created my inmost being; You knit me together in my mother’s womb."
Point 2: God Sustains You Throughout Life
Share how God remains faithful to sustain and carry us through all stages of life, even in old age.
Reference: Isaiah 46:4 - "Even to your old age and gray hairs I am He who will sustain you."
When we are born everyone surround to see this cute little Infant.
When we are baby everyone wants to carry us
When we are teen we are surrounded by so many friends.
Once we are married we are surround by our family and kids.
But when we are old very few people visits us.

Point 3: God Offers Hope and Rescue
Encourage them with the truth that God offers hope and redemption, regardless of life’s circumstances.
Reference: Psalm 34:17 - "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles."
John 3:16 “For in this way God loved the world, so that he gave his one and only Son, in order that everyone who believes in him will not perish, but will have eternal life.”
