58 Lo airaron con sus lugares altos, y con sus imágenes le provocaron a celos.

60 Abandonó el tabernáculo de Silo, la tienda en que habitó entre los hombres.
61 Entregó su poderío a la cautividad; y su gloria, en manos del enemigo.
They were taken into captivity for their disobedience. Separated from God.... handed over to ruthless nations…
1 Todo Israel fue registrado según las genealogías. He aquí que están inscritos en el libro de los reyes de Israel. Los de Judá fueron llevados cautivos a Babilonia por su infidelidad.
You cant live separated from God.
Gods purpose for us is to be in relationship with Him, our creator
So they began to cry out to God.... save us....
Why do we need a Savior?
35 Y decid: "¡Sálvanos, oh Dios de nuestra salvación! Reúnenos y líbranos de las naciones, para que confesemos para que nos gloriemos en tus alabanzas."
You see we need to recognize that we are sinners
Sin, separates us from God
someone said “I don't like it that Christians call us all sinners, little babies aren't sinners”
Yes babies are innocent.... to a certain age.... theirs is the kingdom of heaven
But as soon as their like 3-4, they start lying, stealing candy, and cookies
WHY? why do we Lie, cheat, steal.....
Examples?
Sin grows to the point that you can become a prisoner of it.... You are taken captive by it....
Israel was taken captive by an oppressive military power..... Because they abandoned their God
We live in one of the greatest nations on this planet.....
A nation founded on Judeo-Christian values
Freedom of Religion
This nations battle is because of Religion....
Those who adhere to Godlessness.... don’t want christian values
They have fought really hard to keep things separate....
Public State - Church
That’s why you cant have church in public schools, or profess a faith
God save the public schools
But the world is loosing their faith
This nation is loosing its faith
IT NEEDS A SAVIOR
The Christ Foretold
The Christ Foretold
Isaiah was a prophet who lived through the captivity and saw Israel taken....
But God also gave him words of Comfort, that God would save them… not just in their time.... But God would establish a Savior for all people....
Gods answer is to save us is a CHILD
6 Porque un niño nos es nacido, un hijo nos es dado, y el dominio estará sobre su hombro. Se llamará su nombre: Admirable Consejero, Dios Fuerte, Padre Eterno, Príncipe de Paz.

God with us.... The incarnation.....
The Government shall be upon His shoulder.....
You see when it comes to the Government today.... Thow they try to be good and serve.... Humanity is plagued with sin...
so there will always be corruption....
But this child… He shall become the King who Governs with Justice and Rightousness...
Wonderful Counselor, (He has the answers)
Mighty God, (He will do all things with His power)
Everlasting Father, (Father will be with us forever)
Prince of Peace (The peace the world seeks, will only be found in Christ Kingship)
How many of you want to be part of that Kingdom
People dream of Kingdoms....
The reason we like Disneyland so much is because we long, we yearn for a Kingdom....
and in Disney we see a Castle… and a Land.... where supposedly… everyone is happy and at peace.... if it weren’t for sin… and those who Govern Disney.... it would be...
But people are not happy… it is a fake.. its just a moment
But you see in Christ.... Jesus will establish His Kingdom…
His castle will be so big…
it will be seen from far distances....
and the Land will be perfect, righteous, peaceful....
because only God is good and perfect....
and we will be rid of SIN....
His Kingdom will be forever.... on the seat throne of David ....
WE NEED HOPE… Hope is a form of waiting

Velad, pues, porque no sabéis cuándo vendrá el Señor de la casa, sea a la tarde, a la medianoche, al canto del gallo o a la mañana;
In the NT Hope is a word “elpis” which describes “anticipation”
It is not just earthly waiting...
Elpis… “takes form”…
it is incarnate in Jesus...
Peter refers to it as a living Hope!
3 Bendito sea el Dios y Padre de nuestro Señor Jesucristo, quien según su grande misericordia nos ha hecho nacer de nuevo para una esperanza viva por medio de la resurrección de Jesucristo de entre los muertos; 4 para una herencia incorruptible, incontaminable e inmarchitable, reservada en los cielos para vosotros5 que sois guardados por el poder de Dios mediante la fe, para la salvación preparada para ser revelada en el tiempo final.
He bought us again… he has redeemed us....
Through a Living Hope…
Because Jesus Christ died and rose again
and this living Hope assures us eternal Life
Kept through faith ....
Ready to be revealed “anticipation”
Our Living Hope will be revealed… Jesus the King
Y el mismo Dios de paz os santifique por completo; que todo vuestro ser -tanto espíritu, como alma y cuerpo- sea guardado sin mancha en la venida de nuestro Señor Jesucristo.
This awesome Living Hope will Give everlasting Joy
Joy
Jesus was born to give you Joy
2 El pueblo que andaba en tinieblas vio una gran luz. A los que habitaban en la tierra de sombra de muerte, la luz les resplandeció. 3 Le aumentaste la gente y acrecentaste la alegría. Se alegrarán delante de ti como se alegran en la siega, como se gozan cuando reparten el botín.
People walking in darkness
Shadow of death....
Light has Shined
The nation has been multiplied
It has increased in Joy
“In this season there is an increase in “Joy”
Great News of Great Joy
8 Había pastores en aquella región, que velaban y guardaban las vigilias de la noche sobre su rebaño. 9 Y un ángel del Señor se presentó ante ellos, y la gloria del Señor los rodeó de resplandor; y temieron con gran temor. 10 Pero el ángel les dijo: —No temáis, porque he aquí os doy buenas nuevas de gran gozo, que será para todo el pueblo:
Great News of great Joy
Everlasting Joy for “ALL PEOPLE”
A joy that has nothing to do with your circumstances
A Joy that flows from within
People seek for Joy… happiness
But only Jesus. An offer you Joy
Peace
The Prophet Isaiah said He is The Prince of Peace...
Jesus was born so that you May have peace
? Do you have peace?
In this world there is a epidemic of dissension, war, and anger
But Jesus he is the prince of peace
Love
Jesus was born to give us His love
For God so loved the world that he gave us his only
Begotten son.. so that all who believe may be saved and not perish
No grater live has one that he lay down his life for his friends.
Salvation
Jesus was born that he may die for us
Jesus is Gods gift to all of us….
Receive Gods gift in your life
