Gift of a Savior
Gift of a Savior
For a Child will be born to us, a Son will be given to us;
And the government will rest on His shoulders;
And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.
There will be no end to the increase of His government or of peace
On the throne of David and over his kingdom,
To establish it and to uphold it with justice and righteousness
From then on and forevermore.
The zeal of the Lord of armies will accomplish this.
Isaiah 9:6 declares both the humanity (“A Child is born”) and the deity (“A Son is given”) of the Lord Jesus Christ.

The greatest gift of all: Jesus
Wonderful Counselor, Prince of Peace. Savior
Explain quote
Gift of Joy
Gift of Joy
And so the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid; for behold, I bring you good news of great joy which will be for all the people; for today in the city of David there has been born for you a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. And this will be a sign for you: you will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.”
The Angel gave them the best news ever. A Savior was born that will bring great joy to all that is lost in this world.
To think, a Savior is coming to wipe away all of my sins! Someone full of Joy that will change my life forever!
Gift of Love
“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish, but have eternal life.
God loves us so much that he let His Son come down, die on the cross, and redeem us of all our sins.
All we have to do is believe in Him and be saved.
Jesus was in Heaven with our Heavenly Father. He was sent from paradise to earth, which is filled with wretches like us who are full of sin and not even close to pure. He did that for us!
Faith in Christ brings life (John 3:16), and where there is life there must be growth and fruit.

Gift of Peace
Gift of Peace
“Glory to God in the highest,
And on earth peace among people with whom He is pleased.”
And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
If we believe and follow Jesus, we will have peace! I'm not saying we won’t have troubles, but we can find peace even in those troubled times.
There is nothing on this earth that can match His peace. Think of the most peaceful and tranquil place you can. That is NOTHING compared to the peace He gives us.
Gift of Redemption and Adoption
Gift of Redemption and Adoption
But when the fullness of the time came, God sent His Son, born of a woman, born under the Law, so that He might redeem those who were under the Law, that we might receive the adoption as sons and daughters.
With Jesus comes Redemption. We can be set free and He will redeem us. We don’t deserve this, but He does it because He loves us!
The Galatians are only entranced by circumcision because they have forgotten the significance of the cross (2:20–21; 3:1, 13; 4:4–5; 5:11, 24; 6:12, 14, 17). A right relationship with God is not obtained by circumcision but only through trusting in the cross of Jesus Christ.
