Motivated Tactics

1 Corinthians 2:3-4, “I was with you in weakness, in fear, and in much trembling. And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power,” In your darkest hour or time of need, what kind of person do you want to comfort you? What kind of comfort do you provide others in their times of need. Paul spoke well of his heart for meeting the Corinthians believers in weakness, fear, and much trembling. He did not come to them to kick them while they were down. He came to lovingly be used by the spirit and power of God. Who has God placed in your life today that you can get in the trenches of their sorrow or confusion with? Take the time this week to consider the way in which you approach those whom you serve.
