Have you ever thought about what getting a fresh start really entails? First of all, it was hopefully initiated by you and not forced upon you. Then, you have to take what you were working on and set it aside and ignore it or throw it away completely to avoid being distracted by it. Finally, you must step out in faith that this new thing is worth the time and effort of not only itself, but the investment lost in what you chose to set aside. Remember to be purposeful with your choices. A fresh start is just that, a start. If you decide to take a fresh approach to growing your faith, do not forget that it’s not just about halting your usual habits. You must be diligent in incorporating new ones. The change won’t happen overnight.
